Normally ok, but today! 1. Only one assistant available with long line. 2. BOTH self-service terminals down 3. Can’t take my UPS drop-off until they have a pickup (I guess lack of room?— hard to imagine) So, I gave up and returned my purchase to the poorly stocked, very disorganized, shelf and left.?

Great service. Friendly staff, and all my questions were answered. I even received my second shingles shot today. CVS has a customer for life.

The first person I talked with was Tiffany with the New York accent. Tiffany was great and took my concerns seriously. Then I was transferred to Lydia in the resolution department. Lydia illuminated my dreary day with her bright personality and her resolute solutions. Thank you for having great people like Lydia in the resolution department. My problem was resolved. I love you Lydia, but it's ok if you just want to be friends. Thanks.

I’ve been a customer of N Carrollton’s CVS for some time & although I’m often near other locations I doubt I’d ever change pharmacies. Brian, the pharmacist, I believe is truly a gem. He & the staff always provide excellent customer service & support. They have called, answered my questions & I appreciate them. They should be acknowledged.
