I needed help at self checkout and pressed the button for help. Two employees were standing behind me chatting and eating snacks. Light flashing but nobody came. I turned around thinking they might realize I was looking because I needed help. One lady, (Sierra, best I could see)finally asked if I needed help. I’m not sure how ring an employee she didn’t know the the flashing light indicated help. When she came over, I told her that I I extra care bucks and I thought I had pressed it but it was not showing up. She seemed irritated that I had interrupted her conversation, and extremely rude. I am in this store multiple times every week and there is no excuse for how she treated me.

Absolutely ridiculous. This establishment is run by incompetent and dishonest employees and there is clearly a lack of management. We arrived twelve minutes before CVS closed to buy formula and they had already locked the doors. They looked at us as we stood outside in the cold for ten minutes explaining that this was an emergency for our four week old baby. They then lied and claimed they did not see us outside and that the register was closed even though I watched two employees check themselves out and leave with CVS bags. A young man spoke to us and ignored us after we explained that the store was still open and we urgently needed formula for our newborn. The two women are the ones who told us the store was closed and told us to leave while continuing to check out items. The older woman who checked their receipts as they left is the one who claimed she did not hear us despite us standing there for ten minutes. This is clearly a poorly run establishment and the employees do not care about their jobs. In the images you can see the employees I am referring to.

This is a shady location very overpriced and lax in any shred of costumer service. I has a meeting at work and needed some nylon toe socks I bought a package that said 3 pairs in 3 colors even though I only needed one pair in black ibut they only had that and iwas almost $9.00 get this it is laughable , the package only had 1 not 2 but 1 toe sock in 3 colors so I guess this was designed to rip of 2 legged people cause only one legged person can wear them Everything there is overly priced to scam you

We had a last minute late evening prescription for my sick grand baby. The pharmacist was amazing and filled it immediately, shared the information herself, and the pick up was fast. Even a customer who was waiting in front of me allowed me ahead… it is an amazing set of people in that store and I appreciate each one. We are very thankful for that store and pharmacy.

I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for years, and always had a decent experience. I’ve encountered one of the most rude representatives while checking out. When my prescription was ready, the pharmacist that called that very helpful. But upon pickup, I was treated with the utmost disrespect. And I was simply picking up a prescription for my sick child. I don’t need warm and fuzzy but common respect is not hard. Very disappointing.
