The manager of the store went above and beyond to help me in a situation whereby she felt I was being scammed. Another one of her employees joined in to help as well. I do believe I was being scammed and they saved me a lot of money.

The people who work in the pharmacy couldn’t care less about customers. They’re seen as a bother. Waiting for an hour for a prescription that I was told would take 10-15 minutes to fill, even though the last time I picked it up it took 5.

I recently started shopping at CVS, I’m more of a Walgreens customer. But I recently have found new products I really like at CVS. So I came in tonight for a case of waters and to look at makeup (which is along the wall all the way towards the back of the store) and any new skin care products. The security walked passed me 3 different times in under 2 minutes.He circled a round me and came back to ask if I needed help looking for something. I was very clearly just shopping!! I told him in an annoyed tone that I’m getting a case of waters but I’m looking around. I got my case of waters and left. I wasn’t even in the store for 5 minutes. So what was I doing while I walked down the makeup aisle that made him feel I was going to do something? If he just did that to me can’t imagine how many other women he makes feel uncomfortable while they shop on a daily basis. Wont be back! And I wanted to set up my number for a rewards account tonight ! Weird security dude.

The pharmacist is very helpful and the service is always great.

I scheduled a vaccine shot, and when I got there they told me that they don’t have any more equipment to give the shot. A PHARMACY does not have the equipment to give a shot! What a joke!
