Why is this store not open? Its Sunday June 22 8:25 AM! People have been walking up to the automatic doors and having to go back to their cars because they are NOT open yet! According to the store hours they are supposed to be open at 8 AM sharp! Like get it together!!!!!! This is why I always go to the CVS on North Carrollton. ZERO STARS!!!

Everything is WONDERFUL, never have a problem. What I like thr most about CVS,the employee always knows my name. Always greet me with a welcome 🙏

"YOU CAN NOT HAVE THE NAME OF THE PHARMACY MANAGER AND I AM NOT GOING TO ASSIST YOU OR YOUR DOCTOR WITH YOUR PRESCRIPTION BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO." I recorded this, the answer to my question, "why won't you help me?" First of all, I'm not surprised by the absolute disregard for patient care at a CVS in this city, but this CVS wins the prize for caring so little about the patients, they literally TELL you that they DO NOT CARE about you!!!! This was my experience, on several occasions, and culminating yesterday when I was told I wasn't allowed to ask the name of the managerial pharmacist, let alone ask him/her why nobody would fill my medication. After waiting a week for answers as to why nobody would offer me patient assistance unless I physically drove to the location I was told "WE DO NOT HAVE TIME TO HELP YOU, AND WE DO NOT CARE TO HELP YOU." This location is littered with spite, hatred and bigotry. AVOID THIS POISONOUS PHARMACY AT ALL COST!!!! I am contacting CVS today to report the racist remarks made to me on the phone and will not disclose those details because the issue is that CVS is intentional and discriminatory when withholding care, and this location went against my Doctor's orders. My doctor was hung up on when he asked to speak to the pharmacy manager also. I will continue to pursue personal legal action against this store, but I truly hope anyone who reads this decides to avoid being a statistic and take your medical needs to a provider who actually cares about your health and not how you look or how you sound. I was embarrassed and disgusted at the degree of effort it took this pharmacy to deny me care.

Cashier very sweet, manager ignorant/aggravating. Tells me they’re closed as I’m standing at checkout, ok well isn’t it great that I’m checking out then? Do an announcement for the customers if it’s that serious 🙄

Ordered a special brand of compression socks needed to play golf and hopefully, tennis - made only by CVS as far as I could tell. The order was ready the same day. The CVS team member was quick to serve and provided me with order in less than 5 minutes with proper ID - will be doing more of these at CVS since the stores are all relatively close to home.
