Horrible customer service. Extremely lazy people that work there. Only 1 employee working this evening amd everything is locked behind key walls. Which if theres only one person working the front how can they leave and help the person how is that preventing theft of anything else. The pharmacy people are nice, again Extremely slow.

This is a good store to go to during the day when they can see all the white people pass by but when it gets night and they see more brown and Black people come into the shop they get very hostile and start to follow people around asking if someone is stealing it’s completely ridiculous. How retreat our black and brown community after all we’ve been through but unfortunately places like this still enforce racism and prejudice means. And yes, I know firsthand because one of you guys that worked there specifically the tall black lady that’s bald, followed me around asking if I was the lady that stole donuts out of all things in the store and when I blatantly told her no, and we begin to continue looking for my personalized items because I was clearly near the tampon section and nowhere near the food section. She proceeded to still follow me and asked me if I was sure that I didn’t steal freaking donuts I’m guessing I looked homeless or something, but it’s really ridiculous. How people treat people due to color in assumption of who they feel they are. It’s OK to ask a question but it’s never OK to persistently push that I am the one that took something so simple as donuts when I was nowhere near that section and she clearly watched me walk past her straight to the tampon section and what’s crazy is there was so many white people that passed her to go to the same very section. She literally picked me out out of every single one of them because I was wearing a bolt jacket in a bag during the winter I might add.!!!

I literally only came here for detergent, but since it’s locked up I had to wait. I pressed the button and no one came after 5 minutes, so I pressed it again. Waited about another five minutes and pressed it again. No one came. Did that one more time until I tried to look for an employee. Couldn’t find anyone and there is no one at the register. Been here for about twenty-five minutes and there’s not an employee to be seen. If you’re going to have essentials locked up, there should be someone to unlock them.

I cannot thank this team enough. While traveling to New Orleans, we realized we were missing a vital prescription just before our flight home. This pharmacy helped me secure a hard-to-find medication that was essential for safety during travel. On a holiday weekend, when they easily could have said 'no' or passed responsibility to the next person, they went above and beyond to help me transfer the prescription and negotiate an emergency insurance approval. This CVS ensured we could travel home with peace of mind. Truly heroic service.

Pharmacy drawer has been broken for 3 months, so There is *NO drive up service at this location*** I have called the national customer service phone number 3 times. I have spoken to the manager twice over the last 3 months and the assistant manager in the store today. When a customer approaches the register, stop putting up prescriptions and help the customer. This is basic. 🦋Your employees at this location need some intense customer service training pronto.🦋 Fix the drive up drawer- it’s been months since it worked. Pathetic Third world country CVS location.
