Google Reviews
totsnham 7 months agoThe rudest people I think I've ever encountered. Not to mention their phone system is terrible and does everything possible to give you zero information while not allowing you to speak to a person. Once you do get a person, oh boy are you in for a treat. They'll either yell at you or put you on hold until someone else hangs up on you. I understand customer service is annoying, you have no idea how much I understand, but you all need to relearn how to be adults. Go back to elementary school and learn some manners.
jamie williams 7 months agoI see why there are so many bad reviews. My first time ever in this store and switching to this pharmacy. I am canceling my auto refills because I will not go back. The guy (pharmacist) was great but when he turned me over to Cynthia, it all went left. He gave her my medication but there was a line already so I stood behind the guy that was already in line. She just stood there and then got completely unprofessional and said “well if y’all gon stand there”. I told her “this man was here before me so I waited for him to go.” Then she wants to go back and forth and say “but he gave me your medication.” Okay, again, “this man was here before me so I thought you were going to take him so I was being courteous and waiting behind him.” I guess that’s something she knows nothing about. So, I asked her to give me my medication and instead, she literally, physically pulled the other young lady in the middle of her helping a different customer because she wasn’t going to check me out after she started all of this mess. I guess gaslighting is something she thinks is her specialty. Then, I asked the employee that was helping me to write her name on the receipt but I couldn’t understand it so I confirmed what it said, “Cynthia”. While, she’s with a different customer because she did not want to finish checking me out she says, “Cynthia, yes that’s my name.” I replied, “I wasn’t talking to you.” She proceeds to try to go back and forth AGAIN. I told her, “clearly, you lack customer service because you’re supposed to be helping the customer in front of you.” This employee has a nasty attitude yet, the sign right above her is a disclaimer urging customers to respect the staff because the staff respects customers. Where is the respect? She’s clearly so comfortable and used to getting away with her behavior that it seems she’s literally being enabled. The other two staff members were so pleasant with everyone yet Cynthia was horrible. Then she was going back and forth with the new customer she was supposed to be helping. This employee should never work in customer service. That’s why this store is always empty, I see. Do not waste your time going here people! You will be met by Rude cynthia in the pharmacy. One and done!

September Porras 10 months agoI honestly feel bad writing a negative review because I am sure the employees and pharmacists are indeed overworked and underpaid specifically at this location; however, I just discovered they have been overcharging me for my prescription for roughly a year because they never ran it through my insurance, even though they had my card. They were running it through an old, expired insurance and didn't ever both to run it through the other updated card in their system that I had given them a year prior. What is more, I know I am not the only person this has happened to. This is incredibly negligent, as a pharmacist's job is not only to ensure safe transfer of medication to a patient but also to help the patient get the best price and med for them, which includes bare minimum things like running all insurance cards or checking discount systems like Goodrx. Even when I asked them upfront to run the insurance, they ran the incorrect one, and they never have once offered to help with any kind of discount or payment program (which has been my experience in other pharmacies). I know it isn't an easy job, but considering how centrally this CVS is located, it really is important it functions effectively.
J O 10 months agoI have never been treated like this at any store let alone a CVS. I used to come here all the time in about 5 minutes ago I walked in and all I wanted to do before I made my purchase I had to go to the bathroom. I come in polite, dress nicely and ask if I can use the restroom. Nope! I said please, I have been driving for hours. They're like "nope"! They've got some weird robot in the parking lot with a megaphone screaming about loitering when nobody's in the parking lot. Definitely do not come here. These people do not care about the customer whatsoever!
