The pharmacist was extremely rude and unprofessional. I waited patiently while she was on a bathroom break. When she returned and I approached the counter to ask about a CVS-brand over-the-counter medication, she responded in a snarky and sarcastic tone, saying, “I’m sorry, I had to use the bathroom.. we do have to do that from time to time.” This comment caught me completely off guard, as I had not expressed any frustration or impatience and was simply waiting. When I then asked whether the nasal spray I intended to purchase was safe to use during pregnancy, she told me it was “against store policy” for her to recommend anything because I am pregnant. Her tone was dismissive and rude, despite the fact that I was clearly in significant pain from sinus pressure. I have never encountered a situation where a pharmacist was unable or unwilling to advise on pregnancy-safe over-the-counter medications, which is a fundamental part of a pharmacist’s role. This interaction was both frustrating and upsetting, and I have never been treated in such an unprofessional manner. I strongly recommend that staff be retrained on appropriate communication and a clear understanding of store policy.

I was at this CVS to make a purchase. I could not find what I was searching for. When I went to make my purchase the associate spoke over my head as though I was not there. I was greeted but I was not given full attention by the associate which counts for good customer service. When I asked a question, I was totally ignored. Because she felt that talking to another associate was more important.

2 different staff members went above and beyond to help me with my needs and made me smile. This store is clearly well managed. The attitude of the staff shows this.

The lady manager at this store is an angry person...I wanted to do a simple exchange and she was rude, condescending and acted like I was imposing upon her time...not a people person..I feel sorry for her.

The store was closed down at 9pm on Tues 07/30/2024. Hours on website and google says they are open until 10pm. Four people came behind me upset about the same thing. I really need medication for a cold. I take public transportation and it was a hassle to show up here and you are closed..
