When I arrived I was not greeted. A couple of minutes goes by and someone finally looks over at me and says, we'll be with you in a minute. This is because the personnel behind the pharmacy counter was talking negatively about the customer in the drive-thru. The customer was upset because their prescription was so expensive and asked if a coupon could be applied. They would rather sit there and argue with her than to just go check once she brought it up. Once they checked the coupon, it lowered her prescription by almost half. How do I know this? Because they were so loud about it! Once I received my prescription, I told the lady I was contemplating even taking it and that I never had taken it before. She said "okay", handed me my bag and turned around and walked off. No offer to speak to the pharmacist regarding the fact that this was a new prescription. If you are so miserable in your job, find something else to do. Don't take it out on customers because you are unhappy yourself... I hope they all have the day that they deserve. Just to be clear, they were not busy at all. There were three people behind the counter, all three were just standing there talking negatively about the lady in the drive-thru. Not that being busy would have excused this behavior, it just makes it worse because they were not.

Nobody was around to direct us to the area we needed to purchase from, which was fine, the store is small enough to find what you need fairly easily and there are signs to direct you. Pharmacy does auto refills even when you ask them not to. Store was clean Pharmacist offered to check us out for our purchases as well as our prescriptions.

Received my initial shingles vaccine and my T-dap vaccine. The cashier in the pharmacy, although apparently new, was very pleasant and eager to please. The vaccines side effects were explained thoroughly by the pharmacist who was professional and adept. Even the cashier up front went out of her way to help me with my electronic coupon. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Recommend this store highly.

Welcome to the 80s. Sorry that was the first thing I thought went stepping foot into my CVS for the first time…last month. Now, I can live with that. But I started going to CVS because my Aetna plan required it. They are either affiliated or owned together. But no one behind the counter seemed to have any interest in helping me understand how I could get discounts or even understand how my health card worked with CVS. So either pay for better help or spend more money on education for your employees.

Went through the 2nd drive thru bc the 1st was occupied…waited for help. After the 1st car pulled away I expected service but no a 3rd car pulled up and they were helped before me. I think you need to work on your customer cuing. I can wait my turn but seriously…may have to rethink service
