I have never been disappointed by the response time and delivery time of the staff here. The only complaint that I have is that they are usually understaffed and this results in finding them in a sour mood. Which is completely fair, having to run the whole shop by yourself has got to be tough and stressful. I will keep going here and I hope they get some more support staff soon. I just want them to be able to enjoy their job and not get burnt out. Thank you guys and gals!

I am in Wichita for 2 weeks, for work training and was unable to have one of my meds filled in my hometown before I had to leave. I called my doctor on Monday morning to have it sent to this CVS location. I called the pharmacy first thing Tuesday morning to see if they had received it and if ready for pickup? I knew it was in fact sent on Monday cause I got the notice from my doctor that it was. I had to leave a message with the pharmacy...mind you this is very first thing Tuesday morning...I never did receive a call back. So I called again Wednesday, and the person at the pharmacy said they had no record of a script for me. So I called my doctor, and they stated yes it shows it went through. And because of the med, my doctor now has to call the pharmacy cause it can not be re-sent. This was ALL before lunch. I went to pickup my medicine at 5:45 in the evening and it was still not ready OR even started. The pharmacist that was working (who was the only person in the whole pharmacy) was the absolute rudest person I have come across in a very long time. I was told it would take 25-30mins. I sat and waited, and when time to pay and I had a few questions, her response was extremely snappy, quick, rude and response was..."call your doctor". Um, you are the pharmacist (or at least the public thinks so) and it is your job to answer any questions. I don't care that you was the only person working, yes, working by yourself can be frustrating i would imagine, but you still need to learn customer service and how to take a deep breath when dealing with the public. I was not rude, snappy or short with you at all. Advise for you to remember...; KINDNESS GOES A LONG WAY! I will never go back to this CVS, nor ever recommend

On a Monday afternoon/evening I went to drop off my meds and pick them back up, and to drop them off there were 4 sets of people in front of me, and to pick them up there were 5 sets of people in front of me, and 6 sets of people behind me when I finally was able to get my meds. There was ONE pharmacist there (Frank), and she was was *exceptional* ✨. She worked with urgency, kindness, and efficiency. She doesn't even normally work at that location, she's a "floater pharmacist", a job position undoubtedly meant to -supplement- the staff at stores, not completely -replace- them. They should genetically clone Frank and put 106 of her at every location. There should have easily been 3 pharmacists working that location. This is 100% a failure of management. You have to know that all the people flying around the country to see their families are going to come back wanting their prescriptions filled. Hire more people Broseidon, god of the Broceans. Abroham Lincoln. Brocephalus. 5/5 stars for Frank. Give her a RAISE or I'm going on a hunger strike... For like an hour maybe 😤 1/5 stars for CVS management because it won't let me give it 0 stars ugh 🙄 Addendum: Because I know management at places can be wack, I want to disclose that Frank had nothing to do with this post. She did not recommend in any way, shape, or form that I make a review of any kind. I'm just legitimately outraged and I'm a passionate person.

Everyone working at the Pharmacy went above and beyond to make sure I got my refills in a timely manner; the RX needed updating, 24 hours later things were ready and I was back on track.
