I call up to CVS. It’s 9:55 p.m. on June 10th, 2026. They close at 10. I’m 2-3 mins away, just giving him a heads up. The respectful thing to do. Considering I know how it is, you’re wanting to clock out. I show up at 9:58. The employee said if I made it there by 10, I could drop off my mother’s UPS package. I guess not. I don’t understand people. Kindness goes a long way. All you had to do was accept the package. I know how it works there because of the amount of times I’ve dropped a prepaid labeled package off. No register needed. But this employee decided to put it nicely, be inconsiderate. I look forward to getting this employee’s name, and I will make sure it’s known. What makes it worse is I’m driving, and I can see the CVS where I was at. He turned all the CVS lights off at 9:56-57. Pitch-black parking lot, and in that area, you can’t see anything, so I missed my turn into the parking lot and had to do a U-turn. Maybe I’m different, and at my place of work, we try to do everything we can to make our customers happy. Staying 1 extra minute late or not even that, just staying open till your said close time, which is 10:00. But this place did the opposite. I never leave reviews you can check so you can tell this is bad. I want to add one more thing: learn how to speak with some respect when you answer a call at your job. I work in management, and if you were my employee and I heard that phone call. We would be having a talking. CVS hire better. And you, whoever you are, do better. I will be back tomorrow to drop this package off.

Very frustrated. I arrived at 1:10pm. Told the gal at the register I was there to pick up scripts and needed a covid booster. They refused to give me the shot because they were closing in 20 min. I was the only person at the register and told them immediately so it could get the wheels in motion. I live 12 miles away. I’m not coming back. Or waiting 30 min. I’m there and they are open! Then the lady at the register asked somewhat rudley if I still wanted to pick up my scripts. Seriously? YES! Needless to say I went to Walmart and despite them being very busy, were super responsive, fast, extremely friendly and went out of their way to help me and print up all my prior vaccine dates. I will be using them for vaccines from now on.

So rude & dismissive @ the pharmacy drive thru. Just had to have my prescriptions transferred here from the Central & Oliver location, as they’re closing. And I currently live over in Maize. Anyway, the lady at the drive thru was NOT NICE. Central & Oliver people were great! Gonna look for a new pharmacy. Life’s too short to deal with RUDE PEOPLE.

This is a beautiful, well stocked retail store with a pharmacy. The location is very convenient, located at 13th & Maize in Wichita, KS. The entire staff, including the pharmacists are extremely helpful. They offer a drive up window as well as delivery. They have automatic refills on prescriptions and accept my insurance. This store has everything from grocery items to laundry soap to socks, candy, makeup, office supplies, greeting cards, gift bags, wrapping paper to candy, pop, ice and much more. I have been totally satisfied with this CVS store. The pharmacist has personally helped me with various health issues including vaccinations. Based on my personal experience, I highly recommend this pharmacy.

I got a text ftom this pharmacy stating it was time to fill my prescription. Did I want them to fill..yes. . I got a text back stating it would be ready Friday at 8am. I was there at 530pm and they said they did not have any prescriptions for me. This happens ALL the time. My husband had a prescription for test strips for his diabetes meter. This pharmacy called and asked what machine he had to get correct strips . Went to pick up today and they gave him the wrong straps. After calling him to confirm correct straps. Si they share they do not have an order for these. And to top it off they were all rude.
