The service level of this CVS Pharmacy is amazing! The pharmacist and the technicians are genuinely interested in making sure that I have the meds that I need and that I have them on time. I take a medication that is not covered by insurance, and they are always looking for ways to make it cheaper for me.

Visiting my family in the midwest for the holidays, I suddenly encountered a very painful toothache/infection. My DDS in Boston was able to prescribe an antibiotic to get me through the week until I can return to have it attended to. The CVS Pharmacist (inside Target) was AWESOME! He explained how the Rx worked, what to expect and when. He then suggested a schedule for the OTC pain regiment assigned to me by my dentist. It was extremely helpful and I am already feeling better. This holiday was saved by his efforts, and I’m very grateful for his help.

The new pharmacist at this Target pharmacy is very prompt to get my prescriptions and check me out. I no longer see a line when picking up or dropping off prescriptions. Breath of fresh air. Highly recommend.

This CVS have staff that are rude. They don’t have enough staff and when you get your prescription(s), they’re make you feel that you’re imposing on them. We’re the customer and paying their paycheck. The hours are not very convenient. They close at 7pm Monday through Friday and closed on the weekends. I’m going to be transferring to a different pharmacy soon.

Pharmacy employees are so rude. I have been a loyal customer for many years. the past 6 months has been nothing but a joke dealing with the childish employees they hire.
