Just got out of a dental appointment yesterday around 4pm. They called my prescription in to the closest pharmacy (unfortunately cvs) so I could get to taking my medicine. I get there and immediately get attitude. The only thing I asked was do you have a time frame so I know to just go home and lie down or what the deal was.. Looks at me and starts scolding me... Bro I just need my meds not your attitude. Will never go back again. It was that little short black or Indian girl.

Since moving to the area and moving my prescriptions to this pharmacy there is nothing but headache. They don’t fill on time, tell me I have to call 24 hours prior to ensure my refill is filled, then they don’t fill it even though they say they will. Then they have had my refill from my doctor for a month and knew they would not be able to fill due to no stock. No call or text that there was an issue with my medication. Then told me they don’t know when they can fill it. Leaving me without my medication for 5 days. The staff is nice via phone but then ignored people for 15 min. I don’t ever get my medication filled when I need it filled. I will never use this pharmacy again.

It’s hard to overstate how terrible the pharmacy is. This is clearly a cvs corporate problem, not an issue with the humans at this store (who seem to have massively high turnover). I have problems filling my prescriptions every single month and typically waste hours of time sorting out their problems. They tell me they’ve contacted my doctor for refills when they haven’t, they tell me a manufacturer stopped producing a certain medication when the cvs across town has it in stock.

When I picked up our prescriptions today. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The guy in the drive-thru, the manager, and pharmacist. This last year has been such a refreshing change. You have a good crew!

Somewhere after 9/11/2001 I quit going to CVS due to their prices. March 2026 CVS the only store open : Nestle Boost protein drink is NOT worth $14.79! It's definitely NOT pleasant-tasting or enjoyable or meant to be in any way. More than half of the store is like that!!! LOL!! ?
