After years of Walgreens saying they had prescriptions ready and then not finding them or missing or not being able to fill them in a suitable time we changed to CVS. The staff and in person experience is 5 star. All prescriptions are filled quickly and when I go to pick them up it is quick and easy. But I get a lot of texts. I got one "We need to ask questions" - which send to a page with a link that just went back to the same page. If I call I get an automatic system that doesn't help. If I could call them when they text me saying they have questions I would love this place.

Ladies are kind and patient. Stephanie is def a team player during the exact moment I dropped in they was closing for lunch and she still took a moment to help me fill my clients script.👍🏿

Once upon a time CVS was a pharmacy. Now it’s basically a convenience store that dabbles in medicine. They push cheap generics that no one trusts, all while jacking up prices on shampoo and candy bars. Health care? More like wealth care.

This pharmacy's staff is the best! They always work hard to get my prescriptions ready. I recently had a special request, to get my presecription ready as early as possible the next day so I could pick it up first thing before starting a road trip. They went above and beyond, and had it ready within a half hour of my call! Like others on this thread, I hope my review outweighs the one-star critics of this hardworking team.

Called on the phone, told young lady it would take me an hour to get there so I needed accurate info before I wasted time getting there. She told me with certainty that yes, this CVS does offer a specific service at no extra charge. Took the hour to get here. THE SAME EXACT EMPLOYEE THEN TOLD ME IT WASNT POSSIBLE. I know she was the same one because she recognized my voice from my call before. Shameful.
