And the award for rudest pharmacy tech goes to… Tabitha!!! If you want to be treated like you don’t matter, come here and ask for Tabitha. She’s one of the rudest pharmacy techs I’ve dealt with at CVS in a long time. My doctor called in a prescription at 9 AM, and it still wasn’t ready by 3 PM. I’m in a lot of pain, so I called CVS to speak to someone directly. Tabitha answered, and before even listening to my concern, she immediately shouted at me for using the prescriber line. I will not tolerate being shouted at. Patients deserve to be treated with basic respect. She then told me to “calm down”, which is hard to do when someone is being rude to you. They had all day to fill my meds, and coincidentally, while I was on the phone with her, she suddenly said they were being filled. Interesting timing. This experience felt dismissive and unprofessional. If you have the option, go somewhere like Costco instead, they’ll treat you better. I’m not from the area and didn’t have a choice this time, but CVS seriously needs to do better when it comes to customer service.

This store always says it's open til midnight but the past TWO times I needed things they only sell here (I'm here now at 10:20pm) the doors are locked and it appears to be closed. There were 2 other customers at the door waiting to see if anyone was going to come unlock the door and nothing... just update the hours to reflect correctly so I don't drive over here and have to look for somewhere else

My first experience with this CVS was 10 stars. I just changed insurance in 2026 partly because I detested the big W pharmacy that I had to use previously. I was concerned when I read some reviews about this CVS that indicated that my new pharmacy would be no better. What a pleasant surprise with CVS! Very kind people at the pharmacy! Prescriptions sent in the night before after hours from the ER were ready reasonably early the next morning. The pharmacist came forward to ask if I had any concerns. I also purchased some items and checked out at the front register. I was assisted above and beyond anything that I could have expected -- and I have high standards for customer service having retired after 45 years in the healthcare industry. Kudos CVS, keep up the great work. Please, always know your patience and kindness are an integral part of your customers' road to wellness. Thank you!!!!!

Says they're open until 12am but showed up at 10:50pm and they're closed. AND still accepting delivery orders. Drove 20 minutes out of my way for nothing, with gas prices like this too. Recommend calling to clarify if they're open before wasting your time and money.

Most of the time they've been fine, but I draw the line when their incompetence costs me time and money. Head pharmacist lacks basic reasoning skills and cannot fathom that insurance denies subsequent claims after CVS has filed an erroneous claim and has not properly cleared it. Working with the staff to resolve the issue within the timeframe listed on my receipt resulted in nothing more than gaslighting and stonewalling. And because I'm annoyed, I'll highlight another comical exchange I had with a pharmacist a while back. Me: Picking up for Bryan with a 'y'... last name, DOB. Her: Hmm can't find you. Spell your last name. Me: Spells last name. Her: Still nothing. DOB? Me: Repeats DOB. Her: Nothing is coming up. Are you sure you're at the right place? Me: Did you spell Bryan with a 'y'? Her: *angrily* Oh, that's why, you should lead with that next time. Me: That's literally the first thing I told you. Pharmacy school must let anyone in these days and all the worst end up at CVS Bowles.
