Nidal is the most badass store associate! I was feeling bummed about feeling under the weather with sniffles and sneezes since I rarely get sick. Her warm demeanor and friendly hello and offer to help me find something as soon as I walked in the store brightened my day, and she walked me to the right aisles for antihistamines and saline spray. She offered to walk me to the register and check me out right after, and gave me helpful detailed advice on nasal rinsing. Pharmacies can sometimes be sterile and soulless, but the human touch and personalized attention of my visit was a great experience

I had an excellent experience with one of the associates at CVS. Hanan was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. As soon as I asked about the product I was looking for, she immediately knew exactly where it was and even provided the precise shelf number without hesitation. Her efficiency and confidence saved me time and made my visit smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and truly understands the store layout and products. Customer service like this makes a big difference, and I really appreciate her kindness and professionalism. CVS is lucky to have such a dedicated and capable employee.

This CVS location, 7950 Hampden Ave. has displayed the highest level of insubordination I have ever seen. They refuse to refill my prescription saying my insurance isn’t covering it. Idk what their deal is but they will not fill certain medications for certain people and I had to transfer my prescription to another location to get filled. I will definitely not be coming back to this location until they get a new competent staff in rotation. It is clear they do not understand what they are doing, and it almost feels intentional. I just want my medication I have one refill left. They are still covering it. Just got off the phone with my prescriber and I’m highly pissed I have to go through this back and forth.

Pharmacy was super confusing and frustrating, we were told someone would be with us after sitting and waiting 15 minutes they helped another person who just got there, Anywho finally helped us and the guy there said it would take 15 minutes after that we were told a couple minutes, we got tired of waiting so we went around the drive through and the lady told us it would be 15 more minutes, and asked if we could come later in the afternoon or the next day, mind you we needed the medicine for wisdom teeth removal my family member is in pain. We ended up buying OTC meds just for them to call us 10 mins AFTER WE JUST LEFT. That doesn’t seem fair to me. This experience has been extremely disappointing and this store clearly needs better communication and organization.

Pharmacy is an absolute joke. The guy working the counter was actively out loud making fun of people in line and saying how they can wait while I’m trying to pick up a prescription for my girlfriend. Don’t bother calling, you get hit with the bs AI operator, and they do listen to your calls and can take enough time to call you back, yell at you for complaining about AI, and then hang up on you, but they can’t take that same time to actually fill a prescription. Not to mention if you have visible tattoos in store, the employees will follow you and hound you thinking that you’re there to steal. Complete joke of an establishment ruined by AI and prejudice.
