Would give 0 stars if I could, techs and pharmacists are dismissive and downright just mean. Zero patient empathy or patience and when I tried to give them verbal feedback they were entirely unreceptive. Will never be back to this location.

I have been calling 7 times already. I called the pharmacy 3 times. I need to get through to the pharmacy. I just had surgery, so sent my sister to pick upy medicine as I literally can't get up. The bot cannot find my information. Please someone help me. My medicine is urgent I'm throwing up and we called in the prescription an hour ago, last minute yes but I just started to throw up. Update: they finally answered at 8:59p and the pharmacist refused to answer and the man who picked up hung up on me.

Hope you never have a real emergency this CVS is the worst I have ever tried to get ahold of. You will never reach anyone just be arguing with the AI all day

Seriously run away!!! 3 hour pain in my ass because the pharmacy tried to fill a mini pill from 3 years ago.... then after getting it squared away by my insurance they wouldnt accept their mistake...and tried to blame my current doctor.... seriously accept you are incompetent pharmacists will be going to kroger

Hi I called to explain an issue I had with my prescription and the associate would not let me finish my sentences. They were very adamant about a problem with insurance but didn't actually help me find the solution at all. Turns out I just needed to contact my insurance. This was a bad experience and I will no longer be using this pharmacy.
