I'm surprised to see the ratings on here.. I've been a regular at this location for 4 years and there are a few staff that have been here the whole time who genuinely treat me very well every single time I visit.. Which is about 2-3 times a month over 4 years. The only issue I ever have is with the app info not aligning with the info they have, which is not on them. I'm very impressed by the ones who have been here a while. They constantly juggle 18 things at once while customers are asking them crazy questions, phones are ringing, the line is forming, someone calls out sick... They function like clockwork to get through everything as fast and efficiently as possible to keep everyone happy and healthy. I've been at Starbucks for over 13 years and can recognize it quickly. I can't say enough how much I appreciate them. I came on here in an attempt to bump this ridiculous 2.3 star rating! It's a 5 from me! :)

I’ve been having problems with pharmacies here and getting the correct supplier because one of my medications is brand medically necessary. When I called the system had switched some things around and the lady I spoke to on the phone was patient, kind, and was able to help me with all of the issues that I’ve been trying to resolve for weeks with other pharmacies. I think the bad reviews mostly come from them being understaffed sometimes which can be hard for the consumer, but is also a company wide issue.

If it could be zero stars it would be. The only reason I go to this location is because it’s close to Home. It appears that CVS is desperate for help as the professional appearance is not what you would expect from people that handle medicine. This location in particular (CVS at Prominent Point) is by far the absolute worst. They are staffed with between 3-5 people “working”on filling medicine and answering calls with ONE person as described above taking care of patients picking up medicine. When you have a line 10-15 deep of people waiting to pick up their medicine and only one person tending to them while the others are talking/ joking around and not a single one of them can come forward to help offer a little relief to the amount of people in line is an absurd business practice to me. To top it off, when you make it to the front of the line, you are greeted by a terribly rude staff member as well. To sum it up, you get to wait in a long line, staring at people in the back that are unwilling to come forward and help speed up the line to be greeted by the one person working the front who is rude. Truly an unacceptable business practice.

I always have the best experience at this CVS Pharmacy, thanks to the amazing team! Tabitha, Teri, and Nicole are absolute standouts. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, and truly go above and beyond every time I visit. The pharmacy techs (Tabitha and Teri) handle everything quickly and professionally, answer all my questions with patience, and always have a smile that brightens my day. Nicole is just as wonderful. She's super helpful and efficient at the counter. The whole staff makes picking up prescriptions feel easy and stress-free, and the store is always clean and well-stocked. This location has the friendliest and most caring pharmacy team around. Thank you, Tabitha, Teri, Nicole, and everyone else, for consistently delivering outstanding service!

--- I am outraged by this CVS location. The first time I requested a refill for my prescribed narcotic pain medication, it was delayed over text. The second time, the staff refused to refill it, making up a false reason, all over the phone. This repeated mistreatment was cruel, humiliating, and discriminatory—patients deserve honesty, respect, and access to their legally prescribed medications.
