I have been receiving my prescriptions at CVS on Bloomington for over 20 years. They have provided my with excellent service, timely responses to my calls, knowledgeable answers to my questions, and easy to schedule immunizations. Everyone who works there has been pleasant and kind. I appreciate knowing I am getting the best possible care from this CVS Pharmacy!

I have used this Pharmacy (inside Target) for several years. I know they are understaffed and it is a very busy location. But Kathy, the Pharmacist, went above and beyond to help me get squared away with a manufacturer's co-pay card. She called the assistance number and was not able to talk with someone. She came in the next day before her shift started to again attempt a resolution. She called me a couple of times at home and we finally figured it all out. I so appreciate Kathy's time to help me. The pharmacy staff members are always very helpful with a smile even in times of long lines waiting.

Near impossible to talk to a real person. Wasted a bunch of time with their garbage AI virtual assistant, then it dumped me to voicemail. I left a message asking for a call back, and instead got another automated text message. Just another terrible company that doesn't care about their customers. Gotta love the irony of an automated response to this review too, wow.

As someone who also went through the College of Pharmacy program, I’m disgusted by how the pharmacists run the pharmacy. Filling Rx’s is subjective for when they fill certain Rx’s. They have refused to fill an Rx that was due yesterday. Hate your job? Do what I did and get a MS. Be a Medical Science Liaison or something that doesn’t involve the pharmacy. It’s appalling to me how this pharmacy operates. I worked CVS Pharmacy for many years and I have never seen such lack of care from a pharmacist. The techs are absolutely amazing though. The techs all deserve a HUGE raise.

This is CVS’s best customer service oriented location in Colorado Springs. One of the pharmacists there, Kathy, has helped me to resolve issues on two separate occasions with getting medications filled where my health provider had made a mistake when sending in a prescription. W. Barnes
