Went to the CVS down the road and waited in line for 20 minutes to be told my prescriptions were ready at this CVS and they couldn’t transfer. I asked her to ensure they were ready before I went into Target with my two small children. She said they were. Waited in line at the CVS in target for 30 minutes to be told no prescriptions even exist for me and she couldn’t understand why I was sent. She had a very bad attitude and was not pleasant at all. I have always had great experiences with Grace but the girl today was very unfriendly and completely unwilling to help. You could tell she does not like or is frustrated with the people at the CVS down the road. I am now without my medicine and am going to have to make a trip back out with my two small children once someone figures out what is going on.

I visited the store to purchase a specific at-home test, which my online order indicated was out of stock. I approached the pharmacist for assistance, and while she did point me toward a general area, she did not leave the pharmacy to help further. When I explained that I was unable to locate the item and only saw other products, she responded that the items had been moved and she was unsure of their location, then proceeded to assist another customers and ignore me. I spent approximately ten minutes searching on my own before encountering a Target team member who kindly took the time to walk through the store with me and help me locate the test I needed. I regret not catching his name, but I would like to express my sincere appreciation for his helpfulness and willingness to assist.

Kevin is the best pharmacist ever. He is always informative, efficient and caring. Today I did not make it to the pharmacy until 1 minute before closing. I was so grateful he was patiently waiting for the last customer until the correct closing time. Many employees close 5-10 minutes early at their establishments. Kevin is a true professional!!

Super sad that I have to write this but due to the climate of everything going on with pain meds if I can help a fellow chronic pain patient I will . I have been going to this store for almost a year and wrote an amazing review after a few months due to genuinely positive experience. Unfortunately due to red tape , politics and corporate selfish behavior I will no longer use this as my pharmacy . My doctor puts her life , name and livelihood on the line everyday because SHE CARES . I have a plethora of verifiable chronic pain conditions as well as some that aren’t as easily verified due to it being muscle issues around the messed up neck and spine . When going to our appointments we have to drug test , we are required to go to physical therapy and do everything we can to make the situation better not just mask it with narcotics . But when things are past a poInt pain meds make life tolerable . I genuinely feel for pharmacists!!!!! there are some truly kind , brilliant and genuinely passionate individuals who are forced to work in environments that put profits before patients . Corporate giants all but monopolized the pharmaceutical sector and put good family oriented folks out of business, only to then get the brunt of frivolous lawsuits brought on by people who paid to lobby against medication that once was overprescribed(admittedly) and now is far from it but demonized all the same . My quality of life prior to receiving care from my pain management doctor was nothing more than survival and it was BARELY that . I’ve been given the opportunity to smile again , go out with friends instead of stay home because I hurt so bad I can’t think or be good company (I’m 32 😢🤦‍♂️). I’m able to have fun with my gf instead of be forced to stay depressed and miserable. Balance is key in life and to demonize a medication that gave me my life back is beyond aggravating . With that being said find a family owned pharmacy if you take pain medication , it is sad when people just want to live a life with some of the same happy moments those who aren’t in chronic pain have ! lastly to my knowledge there are two pharmacists and duality couldn’t be more clear by example here , when I was told my doc wouldn’t be able to send meds to this cvs anymore the blonde girl seemed elated to break the news and lied 🤥 and said it was every cvs and made it out to be a “my doctor being singled out “ situation which I have confirmed it is absolutely not . My gf was with me and said she saw her walk up as if she was excited to perpetuate this nonsense and from the body language i saw I wouldn’t doubt it for a second . Kevin on the other hand has been AMAZING since day one , never made me feel judged not one time , showed compassion and RESPECT . I know I have tattoos but 90% of them are faith based and I’m a business owner not a criminal . But he and those like him are the reason I still have faith in pharmacists as a whole . You can tell he wants to help patients and does not pass unnecessary judgements and have ignorant energy like the other lady . him and the techs are amazing ,if you need meds that aren’t controls I suggest this location 100% . It’s sad when the people tasked with making decisions about if a prescription is legitimate and verified are either forced to enforce rules they don’t agree with personally/medically to keep their job and livelyhood intact Or on the other side, be enabled to make a bad problem worse by passing judgement on those who they don’t know personally and with entitled and brainwashed mentalities cause good people to suffer while they smile, and they do this based off of their limited to non existent understanding of what it’s like to walk in the shoes of chronic pain patients. as usual, there are different personalities that meet you at the cash register. There is one girl whom I have known for a long time and she’s very friendly and competent, the person I got yesterday was a Hispanic girl and she was obviously not in a good mood. That’s all I have to say we’ll see how it goes from here on out.
