The CVS tech wouldn't let me purchase a bandage for my toddler because he was offended by me for asking him if he worked there and where the bandages were while he was on his way to punch out for the evening. He was very mean and proud of it. He must own the place or something.

I’m really disappointed with this CVS pharmacy. The app said my prescriptions were ready, so I went to pick them up—only to be told they weren’t ready after all. The staff was very casual about it and told me I’d have to wait another 30–40 minutes. I ended up leaving, and later I received a text saying my prescriptions won’t be ready until Monday. It’s frustrating to deal with this kind of inconsistency. I don’t like having to worry about whether my medications will actually be ready when the app says they are. I don’t enjoy dealing with this pharmacy at all.

CVS integration of automation and their stupid robot is the worst implementation I've ever dealt with. Super annoying. If you ask to talk with a person, too, she says, "Please wait while we connect you," and then hangs up. I am pulling all of my prescriptions from CVS. THE WORST.

If you need help getting a prescription filled and you are from our of town, skip this CVS. My pharmacy told me to just walk in and explain and that they could call to confirm and transfer it. I walked on and was basically told to call my insurance.. then the clerk changed their mind and told me have a seat and they would be right with me. Only to be called up to the counter again and told to call my insurance. Had they just told me to call my insurance and come back it wouldn't have made me angry. But to have me wait only to tell me the same thing again? Yeah.. that ticked me off. I didn't catch the name of the male clerk but he had a really surly attitude. I get that he is probably overworked and as most places short staffed but I have run across rocks with more customer service skills than him.

I filled several prescriptions one of which needed a prior authorization. I was able to coordinate between the provider and my insurance for that. I was called by the pharmacy to say it was ready and they would refund the amount I paid out of pocket the day before. Before I went to the pharmacy the next day to pick it up, I called to make sure it and another RX was ready. After waiting on hold for 21 MINUTES, no one knew anything nor could they find the RX-they kept telling me I already picked it up. I. In the meantime I drove there and I had to suggest they “look around” because someone there called ME to tell me it was approved and to come get it. They finally found it on a counter by the pharmacist. I was trying to be as efficient and quick as possible because I had left home alone my husband who had just had a major heart attack.
