‘Tess’ is such a sweetheart. I’ve had terrible experiences in the past at CVS locations, but Tess has completely changed my outlook on shopping at CVS Pharmacy’s. Please tell Tess she is amazing and doing an immaculate job when handling customers. I love Tess so much!!

On 3/20, 2026, at 6:54 PM, I came to pick up an amoxicillin prescription for my 5-year-old son. When I arrived home, I noticed that the medication was in powder form, and another patient’s name (see the photo) was attached to the prescription paperwork. This immediately caused serious confusion and concern for me. I was unsure whether the medication given to my son actually belonged to another patient, or whether there had been a dispensing error. My wife and I were both uncertain, and she mentioned that perhaps the powder needed to be mixed before use. At that moment, I became very upset because mistakes involving medications, especially for children, are extremely serious. As healthcare professionals, greater care and attention should be taken to ensure prescriptions are handled correctly and safely. In addition, I had to make a second trip back to the store to clarify the issue, which wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress. What disappointed me even more was that when I returned and showed the staff the paperwork, no one apologized for the mistake or the inconvenience. I find this situation unacceptable and very concerning. I hope this matter will be taken seriously to prevent similar incidents from happening to other patients in the future.

Your costumer service is poor i went in to ask for printing of photos and the only reason why one of your workers didn’t want to help was because it was “to much work” and told me instead to come tomorrow just so she didn’t have to deal with what i needed done. i’ve been going to this cvs for 13 years and never in my life have i experienced such laziness.

I went to get flu and covid vaccine. I made appointment for 10:30am. I arrived at 10:25am to get the vaccine. I am still waiting at 11:05am. Just got vaccine at 11:07am. It has never hurt me when I vaccinated but this time it did. “K” gave me the vaccine and not sure what he did. Normally, you get it slightly lower on hand but he gave me at very high end of my hand. I am not a doctor but that was the difference. Never going back this pharmacy again.

Thanks CVS! The CVS customer service rep has always respected my concern and solved it nicely as always! For all my life, I have sent my concern to CVS twice, CVS solved it nicely twice! The CVS® at 3475 Mckee Rd, San Jose, CA was one of my Favorite CVS, I often shop there. The CVS employees here are very friendly and helpful as my experience on lately few visits! Thanks CVS again!
