Catherine and Nicole are very positive employees for everything I asked help from them. They tended to all my needs with positive attitudes and a smile on top of that give them 1 million stars for making somebody just getting off of work to pick up meds for his family and then being treated with family kind service excellent employees

I’ve consistently had a solid experience at CVS Pharmacy. The staff is professional, patient, and actually takes the time to explain prescriptions instead of rushing people out the door. My medications are always filled accurately and on time, which matters more than anything. The pharmacy team stays calm even when it’s busy, answers questions clearly, and treats customers with respect. The store itself is clean, organized, and easy to navigate, and the pharmacy hours are convenient when you actually need them. Reliable, efficient, and no nonsense. This CVS does its job right, and that’s why I keep coming back.

This pharmacy is excellent at resolving prescription issues. The staff are knowledgeable, proactive, and take the time to handle insurance or doctor-related delays quickly and professionally. They make the process stress-free and always keep you informed. Highly recommend!

This is one of two main CVS locations I frequent. I toggle between two in case one store has a product that the other one doesn't. This store usually has more of the makeup and beauty products in stock so I come to this one for those. Store is usually neat and someone comes to help you if you need a locked up item.

Pharmacy is incredibly slow, backed up, and more than likely understaffed. Habra couldnt enter in my information correctly and told me some ones medication pick up of a controlled substance in morgan hill that was not me. Which is definitely a hippa violation . Habra then told me my original medication for pick up was never sent in. Confirmed with my dentist and dentist even left a voicemail 2 hours prior to ensure it was ready. I had to speak to the pharmacist to ensure they did in-fact receive it. Horrible.
