Excellent Service by Samantha at CVS I would like to recognize Samantha at CVS for her outstanding customer service. From the moment I approached her with an issue, she went above and beyond to make sure I received the right replacement item. Many thanks to Pharmacist Nguyen. I didn’t have insurance and was paying out of pocket, and he kindly checked whether I qualified for any discounts. It was originally over $70, and I ended up paying about $40. He also provided the injection documentation I needed. I really appreciate his help.

For those who are picking up your order from this store, please always double check your ordered item before leaving. My order was fulfilled with a broken package, likely used and tried on. Such a “smart” way to deal with their subpar inventories.

Came here to have passport photos printed. I was supposed to receive 2x passport photos. Upon returning home, I discover that it's just one 5x7 photo print I was charged $4.95 for. Photo was heavily pixelated so it wasn't usable, but it stated "This is an online passport order, please cut into 2x2" which I assume was instructions for the worker. Had to make another trip for passport photos so this was a waste of time and money. For future info, even Walmart has a better system in place for passport photos. I would just go to a mom/pop shop that does it for $20-30.
