CVS doesn't have enough employees working at this CVS on Branham and Meridian. Only one at the checkout. The clerk had to call someone working in back to help me. He had to help me getting a few things. The 2 employees were wonderful, but Corporate is saving money! I won't shop there anymore!

I am very disappointed with my experience this Saturday morning at this branch, which is our local store and also where I use the pharmacy services. The employee assisting customers was extremely rude and provided little to no support despite the large number of items I was purchasing. She identified herself as “Audi,” although I am not certain that was her correct name. As a long-time customer, I expected a higher level of professionalism and customer service. This experience has left me seriously considering transferring both my shopping and pharmacy services to another CVS location. I hope management will address this issue to ensure other customers do not have a similar experience.

Logan working in the store was very helpful and professional. Tom the cashier was very patient with transactions at the store for the first time

Nadine was super helpful - after calling three different locations (two CVS stores and one UPS store) she was the only one willing to help me attempt to get passport photos taken for my 4 month old son. We laid a white sheet on the floor and got the photos in less than 10 minutes. She was excellent with him, and had great ideas to help get him to look at the camera. The pictures we got were great and I'm almost positive they'll meet the requirements. Thank you Nadine for your patience and willingness to help me and my son!

The pharmacy is good but the store is understocked and understaffed at times. Basic things are locked behind cabinets forcing customers to wait for customer service which can take forever when there is just one person managing the registers as well as customer service
