The employee at this CVS was extremely rude and seemed to have a very negative attitude toward Asian customers. I came in to pick up an online order, and instead of handing it to me, the employee tossed it onto the counter so that I had to step closer to grab it myself. His name started with the letter “E,” but I didn’t catch the full name. I also noticed an Asian couple who came in after me and were treated with the same attitude. He looked at them and slammed his hands on the screen in an aggressive manner. I definitely will not be returning to this CVS again.

I was profiled by a female staffer at this CVS location. She requested to search my bag and was extremely condescending when I told her that seemed unnecessary; as I was picking up my prescription. I was nice enough to flash my medicine bag but she tried to guilt trip me and say it was part of her job. My only reasoning is that she assumed that I was somehow part of the pharmacy team, even though I was not wearing scrubs, just a black tshirt and sweatpants. This behavior is extremely concerning because shoppers should not be accosted and forced to do a bag search by a random employee. If this is how she is treating people working in the pharmacy, I can only hope that they rarely have to deal with her. When she eventually let me go she barely let out a sheepish “sorry” and went back to the backed up line she had abandoned. Pharmacy staff are all kind and good at their jobs, they just seem to be juggling many tasks at once. Download the app if you want to get your prescription faster. I will no longer pick up from this store location and I warn others from selecting this store to avoid a headache.

Online pickup at this CVS is a joke. There’s a giant red Online Pickup sign that means absolutely nothing, because customers are still forced to wait in a long line of other people who shopped in-store, waiting to check out. When I approached the pickup sign, a young employee with long, unkempt hair rudely ordered me to get in line. After waiting in line, I told him I was picking up for [my name]. He then suddenly demanded an order number, something that has never been required before when they usually just request a name. I could see my bag with my name clearly printed on it right behind the employee within arms reach. No explanation, no consistency. This was a classic petty power trip: when employees who have no real authority create arbitrary rules just to feel in control somewhere and intentionally inconvenience others. It wastes customers’ time and reflects poorly on CVS’s training and management. Either train staff on what online pickup actually means or take the sign down and inform customers that pickup is no different or not any more convenient than shopping in store and waiting in long lines. I'd immediately take my business elsewhere because I prefer and will even pay extra for convenience. Right now, it’s misleading, inefficient, and staffed by people more interested in flexing than helping.

This lady at the pharmacy name pham she is asian I ask if i can use my kid medical health insurance for vaccine she said no! You should have your own insurance! She said go to walgreens take it over there! This lady kick me out of CVS and wants me to go walgreens i just encounter discrimination. She should not work there if she doesnt know about this or if she is not happy of what she do then just give it to someone who is happy to do the job.

This pharmacist named pham is mean! I have an vaccine appointment at this location 470 blossomhill road and i went there she ask my birthday and she type it down she said said she coulnt find anything that i have appointment. I show her my confirmation. And she has many reasons not to give me vaccine. all in all conclusions she just doesnt wanna do it at all. If she is not happy of wjat she do just give to someone who is happy to do ot. She doesnt fit the job being a pharmacist mean to the customer. Pham!!! Asian lady
