I had a truly exceptional experience at the CVS Pharmacy on N First St, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize Maple for her outstanding care and dedication. She noticed that I was due for an important medication that same day and, without hesitation, stayed more than 10 minutes past closing time just to make sure it was filled for me. That level of commitment is rare and speaks volumes about how much she genuinely cares about her patients. What stands out even more is her consistently positive attitude. Despite what is clearly a heavy workload, Maple always greets me with a warm smile and is incredibly helpful every single time I visit. It’s something I haven’t seen as consistently elsewhere, and it truly makes a difference. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile have not gone unnoticed. CVS is very fortunate to have someone like Maple representing them. Thank you for making such a meaningful impact!

Something’s changed at this location. The wait for prescriptions is longer and it seems a bit disorganized. Earlier, my prescriptions used to be ready within 24 hrs of putting in a refill order. Now the same prescriptions take much longer - I even had to go pick it up at a different location. It’s like they’re not stocking properly or something. Planning to change my pharmacy location

The shelves are always well stocked and the employees are friendly and helpful. The pharmacists are great and extremely helpful in assisting with new medications

Just one person to man the counter who is always smoking or getting high at the store entrance and when asked always says on "a break and cannot help". Pharmacy is the only thing that works. Might as well not waste customers time and just replace the counter position person with a qr code scanner box to pickup items. It will save cvs their money and customers their time.

Normal CVS, good area and location but they started doing lottery machines but they never want to change your tickets always low on funds..why have lottery then??
