Shout out to Daisy for helping me out today. She is far more than professional at what she does, she surpasses excellence, amazingness greatness of customer service, she not only goes above and beyond to help people, but she goes far and wide and over the levels by putting her customers first, she certainly will go to the extremities to help a customer out when the customer needs certain assistance in buying items that they’re not sure of, but she puts the ease in a comfort and communication to the situation at hand to where it makes the customer feel so welcomed she treats customers like their family like she cares really really cares she deserves 1 billion stars in the Retail industry. I’ve been coming to the store way before she was hired, and when I first encountered her customer service, I already knew she was going to go extremely far because of her talents, her mentality and her personality she should be recognized by not just the general manager, but the CEOs of CVSthanks Daisy. Keep up the good work.

Not the best best medication bottles for someone to open after having chest surgery. Now I'm out all the pain meds I was prescribed, as they exploded all over the place when I was finally able to open it. (Not going to risk getting sick by taking meds that have been on the bathroom floor or sink) Now I'm stuck without anything, as I'm not going to go to my doctor to request for a replacement and seem like a druggie... seeing how I'm only 3 days into my recovery. It would have been nice for the pharmacist to ask if I was able to open the bottle to see if a different packaging method could work before walking away, but nope. And why the hell would they put the meds in a bottle that could fit 500 tablets when only 20 were prescribed? Just to make the patient have work harder and apply more pressure to try to open it, I guess... Go elsewhere if you'll need medications for post surgery/procedure. (Savon pharmacies (at least used to) use a better designed thumb-tab opening)

The store was clean and well stocked, everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful. The manager helped me apply coupons to a large purchase and was able to save me almost $70 with the coupons I had. She was very patient with me as she had to refund my entire purchase and then rescan each item to apply my discounts. I will always go back to my local CVS for the items I need from them. Lower prices are not always the reason I am loyal to a store. The people I deal with and how I am treated outweigh the saving I might get somewhere else.

The customer service here is really poor. The pickup line is extremely long, and even though I saw plenty of staff inside, no one came out to assist the people waiting in front. If you need to pick up a prescription, I recommend going to another CVS. It will save you time and make your day better

Pharmacy area totally needs work the service guy Alex not helpful at all some what discriminating a lady was asking for help didnt speak English he was very rude to her did not try to help her in anyway . He was rushing around , he then told me there's problem with my prescriptions not really knowing the problem said I need to talk to the pharmacist who came up and didnt know what was going on he just said no problem 5 more minutes. This place should behave a more professional manner.
