It is a very busy store but stocks are not keeping up with it’s business! Many aisles looks like been raided or looted, it is a mess through out the entire store, it is so sad that management are not care or correcting it! The pharmacy are always busy that keeping this store above water! But you better have patience to wait! I do hope the low score let the management to pay attention to this store in a such nice location and serve many people and families!

I’ve been coming here for six years. My mom’s care home is nearby. Unfortunately, the shelves aren’t fully stocked. Is it because of the high volume of customers? I don’t know. One fact I do know, the Pharmacy Department never fails to fill my mom’s prescription. If I have any questions the new CVS app allows me to ask the Pharmacist or assistant . Within minutes my calls are returned. The online refill service is convenient. Once the medication is filled I am notified. The Pharmacist and the assistants are helpful and friendly. This CVS location is open 24/7. All around friendly staff. Thank you for your hard work.

This afternoon, my experience at CVS was impacted by the absence of a retail clerk on the floor while I attempted to use the self‑checkout registers. I encountered repeated issues with my SCAN Medicare Advantage OTC debit card, which caused me to move from one register to another due to customer errors and electronic malfunctions. During this time, the only available retail clerk was assisting an elderly woman who was persistently requesting a refund, leaving no staff on the floor for approximately five to twelve minutes. Because no employee was available to assist, I was unable to retain my coupon for two vitamin items at the self‑checkout and had to pay full price. The situation highlighted the need for consistent staffing on the retail floor to support customers experiencing checkout difficulties. Improving staff availability and oversight at self‑checkout would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.

No shopping carts, no bags at self serve checkout, no cashier check out, only 1 visible employee. Didn't even try to buy the stuff on my list - can't carry more than 2 or 3 items. Won't be going back.

Poor guy working alone at the front register today (4/28/26). Working hard to check out customers, help self check out and take passport photos. No other employees came to help.
