I had a very unpleasant experience at this CVS with a female employee who was working on the floor. When I asked her for help finding an item, she did not even look up and gave a very dismissive, careless response. When I tried to ask again, she ignored me. I eventually had to ask another employee for help. Only after that employee spoke to her did she reluctantly walk me to the item. Even then, she simply pointed to the area and immediately walked away without saying anything or checking whether I found what I needed. This was not just “being busy”! it came across as rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Customers should not have to beg for basic assistance in a store. I hope CVS management reviews staff training and reminds employees that basic respect and customer service are part of the job.

I really appreciate this pharmacy. Using their app makes the whole process seamless and fast. It’s frustrating to see long lines, which I’ve noticed are mostly due to people not having their money/information ready. The staff here are incredible, they seem overworked but they stay patient and try their best despite the chaos. Do yourself and them a favor: download the app and be prepared! When you get frustrated and can’t control your emotions towards the workers, KNOW THIS: Corporate has cut staff hours by about 40% and raised expectations/metrics by about 30–40%. Be kind and for the love of god just be patient and organized.

Unfortunately CVS has closed other locations near me, & this one is convenient near Safeway where I also shop, but the personnel here is generally awful. This trip there were lines at the self-serve check outs & no one at the other register, but I had questions & needed help, so I asked a very rude employee if I could wait at the regular register, & she grumbled something about being busy, but I could wait, so I did. She called for help at least 3X & finally another gal came & helped me, but by that time there was a long line behind me. This store seems to have very unhappy staff. OMG I just opened another email that said I still have 20% off on my card, but when I asked for that to be used on this purchase I was told I only had $3 to apply - so disappointing...

No wonder this location has such a low rating. I never expected to be treated this way at a CVS. I came in for a vaccination appointment and had a very disappointing experience. The older woman with silver hair at the drop-off window was extremely rude and disrespectful. I simply tried to ask a quick clarifying question, and she rolled her eyes and snapped at me to wait. No customer should be treated with that level of disrespect—completely unacceptable.

Seemed like they're having a staffing opportunity. Cutting staff and pushing ppl to use self-checkout. Leaving one csshier to also great and unlock access to the various items throughout the store. In spite of the coroprate squeeze, the woman working, Salbi, was a rockstar. Ringing ppl in, acknowledging others' needs, helping unlock items all around the store, and balancing it all with such a warm spirit & smile. I love leaving a store after waiting in a long line still smiling. 5 stars for Salbi 2 stars for CVS Headquarters staffing & ops budgeting Plus, they carry CR2 batteries here. Hard to find for ppl not into gross online ordering of everything. Yay.
