CVS is enterprise-wide implementing computer tablet entry of all identifying demographic information, followed by REAL ID to validate that you are who you are filling out the information. This takes an enormous amount of time, long lines form. This serves only CVS Risk Management and Compliance, not the customer experience. Corporate HIPPA risk management run amuck. Then they ask if you have had Hepatitis B immunization. Even if you have had the vaccine, there is no way to answer that the question willl not be asked every time you pick up a script. I am a physician and will tell my patients that I do not recommend filling their prescriptions at CVS. I am also a member of an IPA and will share my experience with 650 doctors in my group. I do not recommend CVS for getting your prescription filled expeditiously. Long lines form at the calendar is guaranteed by their procedures

I've been using this CVS for decades, long before it was a CVS... when it was a Longs Drugs. It is part of the community and neighborhood. The helpful staff is friendly, the place is clean and for such a small store, very well-stocked. The pharmacists are excellent.

I’ve been to this pharmacy several times and have rarely had a smooth experience getting my medication. The last straw was terrible customer service. The man on 4/28 at 2:30pm who processed my prescriptions only gave me one of them. He then would not respond to me when I asked about the other prescriptions that were called in and told me to go to the back of the line if I had questions about the prescriptions that were provided to me already. No acknowledgment at all that I only received part of the prescriptions that were called in. Unbelievable. I felt discriminated against and won’t be returning to this CVS.

They always don’t have medications in stock. They make me wait and go to another pharmacy!!!! Also the black cashier lady is pretty rude sometimes.
