Unreal, incompetent pharmacy, completely unusable AI, and when you want to grab a drink on the way out, everything is locked. No reason to purchase anything at this pathetic dive. Update, went to pu a script and wanted to shift to self pay, so I was sent to one o the pharmacists who barked at me saying I couldn't get my script ifvI did that. Knowing it was a total lie, I spoke to a lovely counter staff who verified the pharmacist just did not wish to change the billing in the system. We both jut shook our heads and launched at the incompetent woman. Best worker yet!

Please find your way to CVS Phamacy at 2314 Santa Clara Ave, in Alameda.. The staff their go out of their way to make sure that every customer is satisfied on their first visit! They just can't wait to please you, with ample parking to a "Big Smile" as you walk through their front doors! The place is so clean, that you can just eat off the floors! (lol) Just drop by or revisit at your earliest! Then do everything else on your busy schedule, you can thank us later... or write your own survey! Huge thanks to Peter for saving the night! I showed up around 10:30 PM in full last-minute-passport-dad mode with already printed photos for my son’s passport, realizing I still needed them cut to the exact size. Instead of running away from the problem (and the late hour), Peter jumped in like a passport photo superhero. He happily offered to cut the photos to the correct size and handled it quickly and perfectly. At 10:30 PM, that level of helpfulness deserves a medal—or at least a very enthusiastic review. His sense of humor, patience, and willingness to help made a stressful last-minute situation actually enjoyable. If customer service had a bedtime, Peter clearly didn’t get the memo. Thanks again for the awesome help!

People have been getting tickets here for parking in CVS spots *while shopping at CVS.* They were able to contest them because they had receipts, but shouldn't have had to. I'll find another drugstore.

I need to get items from a locked case and the representative was nice and patient. She was friendly and engaging. My check out was smooth as well.
