To management: I know is the weekend 6/20/26. It was 9:50 pm when I try to go into the store and they said it was close. If you are going to close before 19 pm let the public know. It was security team that point out that the store was already close before 10 pm. That is why I gave the store one star only.

Today was a great day at CVS for me. I found just what I needed and then some extra fun stuff I needed that I didn't know. To top it all of, there were 10 people ahead of me in line and both cashiers worked quickly and efficiently. I was outta that line in a couple minutes and had a great interaction with the cashier. Kudos to the CVS team @Western Ave and Venice Blvd.

They took very look to open the safe for the dental care products and took about 20 minutes and other people also need help and they still don't help them it's the worst cvs I have been to the one in Encino is a very good that one actually has very good service and they help right away

I'm only rating 5 stars because of Kifa, the associate who provided excellent and efficient customer service today. I have walked into this CVS a few times, most of those visits I didn't walk out with what I needed. It honestly takes way too long to wait for an associate to open the display case, more than 10 minutes at a time. I totally get that this place could be a little understaffed . However, today was the most pleasant experience I have had here or any CVS. Kifa located and handed me all the items I needed from various isles while also helping everyone at the same time and with a good attitude! There was a very long line at the register, per usual at this location, and there is no self check out. Two registers were open but I was prepared to wait long time.. Immediately was happy when I noticed the same associate helping me in the isles jumped on the register. I kid you not she checked out customers so fast the line moved quickly. I was very impressed by her work ethic and efficiency that I had to ask her name to give her a shout out and praise her for the great work she puts in. She really is keeping this store running!! Thank you Kifa!!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your store. I waited for 90 minutes for a passport photo, during which time the staff offered no updates other than repeatedly telling me to "wait." Not only was the final photo of poor quality (underexposed/dark), but I was also charged a second fee to have it corrected. Given that the initial product was unacceptable and the wait time was excessive, I find this double-charge completely unjustified. While I was in the store, I witnessed multiple other customers leave or complain for the same reasons. I am requesting a refund for the additional charge and hope you address the staffing and quality control issues at this location.
