I want to thank Erika Martinez for being so patient and helpful worker at CVs in Lincoln Heights. She knew how to help me with my rewards and coupons she was very nice and patient not like the other employees help me in the past rising me with bad faces just because I do shop a lot there. But thanks again Erika great job and hope you help me next time God bless all of you .🙏🏻

All we ask for is decent customer service—being attentive and professional. This is the second time we’ve encountered this employee, and she is consistently on her phone while working the register, even when there is a line. Additionally, her tone comes across as annoyed and unprofessional, which makes the experience uncomfortable for customers.

I'm writing this review because I feel like a lot of what I've seen is really unfair. For context, I've been going to this pharmacy for years, and even after I moved to Hollywood I continue to drive back and pick my meds up here because regardless of the circumstances they've always treated me well. Working at a pharmacy is TOUGH. Please try and remember that when you go into one, especially one as centrally located as this. Certain things like wait times, med shortages, and other issues are completely out of the staff's control. That being said, the staff and pharmacists have ALWAYS gone out of their way to try and help me, even if the place was busy or my medication issue was a difficult one to solve. The only gripe I've seen some people have that is somewhat justified is certain staff members at the register not always being knowledgeable on their specific situation/medication. But guess what? There are tens of thousands of medications for sale in the United States. Unless you're talking to a pharmacist, don't expect someone to know everything about every single one. People need to understand that they aren't the center of the universe and that the pharmacy doesn't exist just to serve them. Welcome to the US healthcare system. Sometimes it sucks right? Take it up with your senator, NOT the person at the counter doing the best to make sure you get your meds.

Diego provided truly outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond to help me secure a great price deal and took the time to make sure I fully understood my options. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me—not just rushing through the interaction. Because of Diego, I left feeling confident and appreciated as a customer. He is a real asset to the team and absolutely deserves recognition for his excellent work.

Today was there to drop-off prescription and I did ask very nicely to an associate Petra if that window was for drop-off since there is remodeling and there are no windows signs. I kindly asked once, no response,, then I asked again and she didn't respond then she finally in an unprofessional and quite rude manner pointed to the window. Petra is her name Lincoln Heights CVS
