Pharmacy attendants are HORRIBLE. I went to pick up two prescriptions. The attendant only gave me one of them and when I asked about the second one, she said she didn’t want to give it to me because my insurance didn’t cover it. CRAZY. Then she proceeded to yell at me. I had to demand my second Rx with another attendant. After waiting, it turned out that my insurance DID cover it. I was willing to pay whatever it was but it’s INSANE that the pharmacy wanted to assume and make that decision for me. UNBELIEVABLE. The worst customer service—they went out of their way to be extra rude on top of everything.

We came into CVS during an emergency situation, and Eric and Terry were amazing. They immediately stepped in, helped us figure out what we needed, and made sure we got the right product quickly. Their urgency, kindness, and professionalism made a huge difference in that moment. They truly saved the day for us. I’m incredibly grateful for their help!

This is a very convenient & close CVS to do my shopping at when needed. My husband & I went in to look at the fragrances & colognes that are on sale. Previously the day before there was a sign that said “designer fragrances $19.99 & up are 50% off” but when we had went in today the sign was gone & now we were told the fragrance that we chose to buy with the sale was not 50% off. We had went to multiple CVS yesterday & did not have this problem. It is false advertising to claim certain fragrances are 50% but then we are told it is not 50% off. I have seen myself other people buy this specific fragrance & get the %50 off! It is unacceptable to allow your employees to decide what fragrances can be sold for %50 off. Almost makes me think that they aren’t selling it just so they can buy it themselves with the sale. This CVS needs to do better. Oh and maybe a refresher on customer service for your employees. They are unbelievably rude & dismissive when you ask for their help. As if we are inconveniencing them.

We always have helpful and friendly customer service at this location, and I’m leaving this review for the 3 other people who were helpful. The 5 stars are for them. I hate to say it, BUT… The self-checkout attendant get 0 stars. The self-checkout guy is rude and doesn’t seem to want to be at work. Twice we had an unpleasant experience with him - two separate occasions and times of the day/evening. One time, he checked out the person behind us at a regular register and gave the excuse when we called him on it that the guy had one item. Well, we had one item too. The other time, he argued that the fridge in the back was unlocked during the day when it was actually locked. We rang the bell 4x and no one came so we asked him. He argued that it was open during the day. Why the heck would we lie about that? He finally accompanies us and saw it was locked. He should be reassigned to another part of the store where he doesn’t interact with customers. (And, yeah, I filled out the review CVS sent that asked how my experience was.)
