I am disappointed with the customer service I received at CVS. The cashier, Stephanie, charged me twice and then argued with me when I showed her the duplicate charges on my app. The charges were clearly visible, but she insisted there was no issue. I felt dismissed and frustrated by the way the situation was handled. Please retrain your staff to search history on customer transactions to perform a refund!!!

The WORST customer service! Do not come here because they have terrible service. They never have your medications ready even if you call ahead of time. They always have an excuse of why they don't have it ready. Never coming here again. Changing my pharmacy.

I love this cvs because it's near my house and so convenient most of the store workers are pretty nice but the pharmacy department sucks soo bad. They are always rude. The close from 1:30-2:30. I got there at 1:20 and the guy rudely said no we're closing. We closed at 1:30 I told him it wasn't 1:30 yet and he said well we're closed. Mind you they were still helping someone and I was just picking up. I would have understood if I was dropping off a prescription but he just had to do the bare minimum of handing me my medicine that they have been bugging about that is ready. It's not the first time they are rude for no reason. So I will just be having my prescription sent somewhere else. They must feel like they don't get paid enough to be kind but at the end of the day they are getting paid to do their job that's the least they can do.

The location is understaffed and the self-checkout is poorly maintained. It took me nearly 30 minutes to find and pay for a pack of cashews.

It has improved over time, but now items are rarely being stocked. For example, if you want some candy, there is a huge selection, but only a few remain, or sometimes the item is not even there at all. If you use the CVS app, it sometimes says it's available to this store, but when it does, it's not even in store. Also, gift cards are just laying there on the ground and some not even in stock. I also tried applying coupons on the self checkout. Sometimes, it doesn't show up on the register, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say it's my fault. Overall it's an okay experience and depending on which time of day you go you can meet some nice employees. This is an update as of October 21st 2024. Items at this store are rarely being stock it almost takes them about a week to fully restock. But once they restock, all the items are gone because there's a high demand for them.
