This pharmacy sucks I assume it's nothing but a bunch of snotty university kids working here because I called 4 times since last week about transferring my medication and by the 5th time/5th day of not having my medication, I had enough of going back n forth being told to "call my doctor" and just ending the conversation when I was told my medication should've been ready already. Rude workers hire someone else who actually wants to do their job right

Most CVSs are pretty bad, but this is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. Nothing is ever working or available, like the photos machine or the UPS deliveries. Don’t bother wasting your time here.

Confusing parking next door cost $7. There are no signs that tell you how to validate when you park at the parking lot next door that literally has CVS written all over it. There are there are also no human representatives at the parking lot to tell you that you need to validate on an iPad before you leave the CVS. If you're going to use some weird system to validate instead of a normal system that every other parking structure ever created uses, then you need to have a sign in the parking lot to explain how to do it. The parking cost literally doubled the price of the item I purchased at CVS. Just don't go here. It's not worth the hassle.

Joined the pharmacy line at 7:55 to pick up a prescription and even though there was still 5 minutes before closing they said it’s too late and to come back tomorrow. Thankfully it wasn’t an urgent medication I needed, but imagine if! Also the line is ALWAYS longer than any other pharmacy I’ve been to, they need to hire more staff

I had a difficult time at the cash register, but the cashier was very helpful and patient.
