Emily was at the register. She could’ve easily checked me out as I had an online order pick up. Instead, she was purposely holding up the line. All you had to do is just scan me out with the scanner.

Just went in here and wow what a terrible experience! I went in to grab something for a stomach ache, the line is twenty people deep and one cashier. I try self checkout and the damn thing glitches says I didn’t scan something I definitely did. Says help is on the way again the line is ridiculous I have scanned all my items and help never came the cashier never called for back up and I ended up leaving the stuff there and going to superiors across the street . Stop putting places with bad service in low income areas thinking that people will just deal with it! If you don’t want to service the community give that space to someone who will!

This cvs has no restroom for customers, can be very inconvenient for patients picking up prescriptions. Also, customer service is bad. My mom asked for assistance with over the counter vitamins after she had tried looking for them herself, and the attendance response was, if you don't see them, then we dont have them.

Pharmacist Mena was great over the phone, helpful and fast. he was fast to handle discrepancy's and showed dedication. not many like him behind the counter.

As of today I got to admit this was the worst experience I’ve had! I came in because I needed some medicine for a family member and get this, they closed the store at 10:45 when I’m reality their ours are set to 11 pm! The security guard was the one who was making a big deal out of this and when I asked to speak to the floor manager he refused, he refused to give a name and refused to even speak, now what kind of business doesn’t follow their own store ours or policies. I did not get his name due to him refusing everything. The security guard with glasses should be coach to abide by store policies, it was 10:45 and as soon as he saw me getting out my car he quickly went to the automatic doors and shut it in my face. I will be going to the store and ask for management since I know that each franchise should follow stores hours. I would love for cvs to get back to me via email, to keep following this up. It is not right for any employee to shut a door in someone’s face, let alone refuse service when the store is still open.
