Rude staff, they don't know any product and do nothing but send you to look for medicines yourself that they can easily find on their company tablets, unpleasant to not even answer, especially the clerk guy with curly brown hair. They also didn't want to change a product I bought 15 minutes before maybe because they don't even know the procedure

Good store. The pharmacy (usually a long line unless CVS app express line) is where I tend to go or the hygiene area. Almost everything is locked in cases, so you have to press a call button to get help for an item & the wait can be long at times. Friendly staff & well stocked.

cashier #2731466 was really kind at checkout! The system crashed, but he didn’t make me feel rushed, and it was really nice and he didn’t throw all my items in the bag which I really appreciate! However, I wish some of the drinks weren’t locked up, but given in certain areas, I understand it Everyone was really fast with helping me lock items as well

WE NEED A REAL PHARMACY LIKE A WALGREENS INSTEAD ON THIS CORNER Older review: "The staff loiter. I get it, there aren't enough. But the ones that are there, loiter." ETA: not so much 11/5/2025; the location is still problematic New review below. OK, I went back months later. The only bags they offer are the size of a sub sandwich. They'll tell you at checkout, once you're done waiting in line for the single cashier. Photos if you're in luck, usually not today. It's not that a pharmacy here wouldn't thrive. PLEASE SELL THIS LOCATION TO WALGREENS so i don't have to take the bus to Hoover and 3rd. As a response to this, I'd like to see, not "we're concerned... here's where we can sweep you under the furniture", but the date when you're clearing out for a better pharmacy to take your place. The date, please? The month first. For example, the date of the request is 11/5/2025.

This is a shame. Haven't been in here for a couple of months abs the store looks like a bomb went off. Nothing on the shelves, no one in site. Asked an employee if they were closing, but was told their hours got cut, so no one to stock the store! Get it together CVS!
