William Demidow a month agoThe staff are very nice despite the frankly dilapidated state of the store itself—likely due to understaffing and previous accidents. Consequently many items are locked up, (but there is no reason to blame the employees for that of course). They were very kind to me, and despite me loitering (waiting for my ride) broached their questions politely and without stress. When I missed what they said or didn’t realise they were talking to me they maintained professional courtesy and did not make me feel uncomfortable as the (ever oblivious) customer.
Paul Mark Morris 6 months agoThis CVS on Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills is fine, but that’s really the best way to describe it. It’s convenient, centrally located, and open late, which is ultimately why most people come here. If you need basics like toiletries, snacks, or over-the-counter medicine, you can usually get in and out without much trouble. The pharmacy experience is more uneven. At times the staff is helpful and clearly trying to manage a heavy workload, but wait times can be long and communication is inconsistent. Prescriptions are not always ready when expected, and it sometimes takes extra follow-up to get clear answers about insurance issues or medication availability. This seems to be a common theme with high-traffic CVS locations, and this one is no exception. The store itself is generally clean but feels worn and crowded, especially during peak hours. Shelves can be messy, and certain items are often out of stock. Lines at the front registers can also move slowly, even when the store isn’t particularly busy. Overall, this location does what it needs to do, but it doesn’t stand out in a positive way. It’s useful because of its location and hours, not because of exceptional service or a great shopping experience. Three stars feels fair: acceptable, functional, and sometimes frustrating, but still convenient when you need it.
makim 3 weeks agoThis location does not deserve any star but giving one star to leave a review. I have not experienced all of the staff but my experience here was extremely unpleasant due to staff’s rudeness and stubbornness and no respect for human kind. It was my first but became last visit to this location. I helped my father who is old and weak, I am glad I came with him to learn their rudeness so I never have to send my dad to them again. Hope they enjoy their blessed career. Having Ability and skills to help others is very blessed life. Hope staffs enjoy their lives in this blessed position. Staffs,…..wake up and be alive. Be happy. Your influence matters in that location. You have power to light up your premises. Wake up to take care of your community. For customers, if you guys were rude and rotted them like that, please be courteous and seek help with respect. Life is short.
Chioma M. 2 months agoAs a young black woman who was literally in CVS just to go pick up my prescriptions and some stuff because i am sick, i do not appreciate being followed around by your security associates. I understand they are just doing their job, and i was actively not stealing. After i ran into the same security officer on a third aisle i was looking for stuff in, it was made abundantly clear that they were watching me and waiting for me to take something (which i had no intention on doing so) Will definitely be limiting my time in this CVS going forward
Juan Vazquez a month agoThis is the coldest, most inviting CVS I’ve ever seen. The new layout and the loss prevention tech is so over-the-top. As you walk in you’re greeted with a serious stare by a very serious security guard. I get it, time are tough, but give me a break. the only strand of humanity left here is with the pharmacy staff.
