Christian the manager on duty couldn’t honor the price on two items. It was advertised as 3.50 we took a picture of the sign and he said he could only honor one item not two. That is false advertisement. Then I asked who the manager was and he said he was and then called the store manager but didn’t want to bother them on a day off. I understand people having a day off but false advertisement with him being the manager not able to get a verbally get the okay over the phone is a show of how disorganized this store is. This store should be shut down.

Customer service is bleak with this new younger staff at the register. The wait time is unnecessary when you have only two people in line at 815pm The staff doesn’t acknowledge anyone waiting. They’re all walking around like zombies with no sense of urgency. Personally I prefer the seasoned staff from a few years ago 01/15/2026 Once again a long wait (longer than it should be) Customers are actually leaving the line due to the long wait. No apologies or acknowledgment from the stores staff. WE JUST WAIT LOL SMH People are standing in pain in line. There’s only one person on the register assisting this long line of patient people Understaffed Dry customer service

They need to shut this CVS down. It’s by far THE WORST CVS I’ve ever been to in the country. First, they don’t keep up with inventory of having certain things in stock. The floor workers are overworked as they have everything locked up. The security used to have the key but I’m not sure why they don’t anymore. But the straw that broke the camel’s back for me today was management/supervision. Apparently, feminine pads don’t count as “Personal Care” products. But toothpaste and deodorant does. I wasted my time going back and forth to the counter to grab products to meet a Beauty & Personal Care promotion. Stood BACK in the ever so slow line each time only to get rejected for using my coupon. The exclusions on the coupon only listed three things that were NOT the pads but because they categorize pads as “feminine care” it didn’t fall under their stupid store code for “personal care”. Even though the coupon didn’t state that as a term, the manager did not want to reason with me. I declined to complete my purchase of the other items, will not be returning to a CVS, and will be transferring my prescriptions to a different pharmacy as I’m fed up by the inconsideration and lack of customer service, care, and understanding.

Honestly this CVS on southwestern Los Angeles looks like an earthquake ran through it on top of that they don't stock the shelves well I have high anxiety when I go into that store even though it's convenience I try to go there and I'm sorry I do every time I look for a product either they don't have it or they only have one item and then you have to push a button to have them open the display case for toothpaste and the person is waiting for you to get the one you want when I'm the type of person who needs to read directions or who wants to price things when everything is so disorganized there are no prices on each product the customer service is very impatient with me when I just want to have a variety to choose from let's say of toothpaste I have complained about this store four times in the last 4 months because every time I go in there to pick up an item I hope they have it at the time they give me this little thing how was your visit now I've got the supervisor telling me they only stock on Fridays well they need to stock a lot more than that and I don't think they have enough staff cuz that's what staff is telling me any person in this world could run the CVS better and it's really sad and I the type of person who likes to go up and down the aisle and shop spending about $50 to $100 every time I can't do that here at CVS it's awful experience

One of the worst CVS stores. Came to deposit some of my cash today in capital one account. They told me can't do today said the same thing two days before but last week one of guy helped me out. Just ridiculous experience not enough cashier's which makes them neglect the customers.
