Pharmacists and all pharmacy technicians are literally angels, I needed a prescription urgently and was few minutes before closing time, they were very helpful and did their best to get it ready and even to give me medication instructions, can’t thank them enough

I had a really great experience with CVs. From start to finish, everything felt smooth and professional, but still very personal. They actually took the time to listen to what I needed and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. What stood out to me the most was the attention to detail and how much they genuinely care about their clients. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in the results. I left feeling confident, happy, and honestly excited to come back. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for quality service and people who know what they’re doing without making it feel stiff or transactional.

Even 1 star is too much - CVS has general issues (my coupons often vanish from card for instance) and this store makes the customer experience even worse. Everything is locked away, they are under staffed, and somehow it often takes forever to purchase a few basic items. I only go there if I absolutely have to.

This place has horrible customers. Sometimes I'm one of them, needing a case of monster energy and only the very busy cashier has the key. There's always a family of 6 trying to apply coupons for travel size items. It's a regular Hollywood madhouse in there. The cashiers clearly care to keep everyone satisfied and will chat to each other to strategize and clear the line ASAP. As someone who went to this joint daily for 5+ years, This is one of my favorite CVS'. It has a great beauty and makeup selection. The security and management get to know the community and regulars. (Understand the bathrooms accessibility issue that a lot of people have, but I wonder if the complainants would rather have someone OD'd inside it.)

Horrible CVS. Shouldn't be open 24 hours if they are going to deny restroom privileges to both customers and non-customers. It doesn't matter! They really don't want you using their restroom. Plus the parking lot is always dirty and with a heavy bush ledge all around, it's a pretty good place to get mugged.
