There has got to be a better system in place for online pickups maybe reserve a area just for them. People do online orders for the convenience and having a associate stand right in front of all tge orders and not be able to just look at the order number and hand you your order and instead tell you to go and add on to the already long line. To get to the register and the cashier just ask you for the name and hand it to you without even verifying the order or having to scan anything is insane to me. Horrible service.

I am giving them 1 star but they do not disorve the 1. I wish I could give them -0. I had the worse experience with Jose the "manager" who not only lacks customer service skills but also lacks common sense and knowledge. I went to pick up an online order. They messed up my order because one item was missing in my bag. He said I needed to call a number to request a refund. So I asked, do I have to return to the store to return the item I am taking today? He answered me in a very derrogatory way, " I don't know, you have to call them." I was willing to repurchase my medication and deal with returns later, the store didn't have anymore. All that unnecessary stress. Worse experience. Will not order from this store ever again. Worse customer service. The level of stupidity projected by its manager is beyond anything anyone could explain.

Ridiculous how long these lines are just to get to the front and the medicine my mom needed they didn't have ready for her. 2 hrs we waited and they did nothing to help it's ridiculous what passes as customer service nowadays. She went to ask if her medicine was ready all of it and they said yes and we got to the front of the line and it was only one medicine the one she did not need. People time is valuable to wait two hours and get nothing it's so ridiculous!

The team member provided excellent service. Although I didn't get all my medicine like I was supposed to. Overall I like CVS.

Wish I can give this 0 stars. This place is trash!!! They are under staff!!! Lines is extremely crowded. Wait times are an hour long!!! Close this place down. Put in a prescription days ago just for them to say it's still not ready!!!!!!!! It has been like this for years!!!
