Not the best CVS to go to if you’re disabled. I was profiled/followed by security for my limp, my hat, and drinking Kirkland brand water I’d retrieved from my bag … all on a hot summer day. Last I checked, this isn’t Costco. It was twofold: after I entered from the back door, I paced thru the store checking if anything caught my fancy. Nothing did so I left for Target upstairs. I realized I’d forgotten to check prices against an eye care product I’ve been eyeing online, so I went back (again thru their back entrance next to Target). Within 10 mins, there was an employee stationed at a desk facing the exit. To add insult to injury, a uniformed guard followed me to the eye care aisle. Ultimately, I decided against buying what I needed from this location and went to another CVS. I can’t imagine the harrowing experience other minority shoppers might face; it’s no wonder the store was so empty for its size. I did not feel welcome there.

I had a very bad experience with customer service. When I asked for help, I waited half an hour for them to open a shelf because I wanted several vitamins. The person who arrived left me talking to myself, only opened one shelf, and left with a very unfriendly attitude. I understand they may be overworked, but honestly, if it weren't locked up, one wouldn't bother, although I know they does it because there are people who steal, but the service was terrible.

After a horrendous experience at the Santa Monica Boulevard CVS Pharmacy, I was so pleased to come here. Crystal at the Pharmacy was so kind, professional, and timely. I did not have to wait long for my vaccine appointment and felt at ease. Crystal was outstanding and went above and beyond. Thank you!

This is the absolute worst CVS location. I think it's CVS as a whole creating such an obstacle to speak to anyone in the pharmacy or the store. CVS does not want customers who have questions. They do not want customers who have more than one prescription a year. No matter how many messages you leave, they will not call you. They do not care. They are comfortable with their lousy customer service; perhaps even proud of the lack of care and concern for anything other than profits. My Dr has called them at least twice for a prescription. They are so uncaring (or inept) that they don't seem to check their messages. This is about peoples' health. It's KINDA important, right? I have been a loyal customer of the store and the pharmacy for decades. They used to be above average; sometimes even good. In the last year they have gone downhill to such a degree that the pharmacy should be shut down permanently. If your staff doesn't care about customers, fire them. Hire people who care and know what the meaning of 'response' is. I would be ashamed if I were CVS. Disgusted at the lack of follow up and follow through.

Worst customer service CVS ever. I have been coming to this location for years, but the behavior of one of the female cashiers is consistently aggressive and feels like harassment. Even when I ask a very simple question, such as where to insert my card, she responds by glaring at me and replying in an aggressive tone that is difficult to understand. This situation has been harmful to my mental well-being, so I once asked her if we could communicate more calmly and respectfully. However, she insisted that she was being “nice.” If this is what she considers nice, it is hard to imagine what rude behavior would look like. I find it surprising that a major company like CVS has taken no action regarding such a consistently disrespectful and aggressive employee at a Beverly Hills location, especially considering this has happened multiple times over the years. Although the service quality is low, the prices are not particularly inexpensive. It is quite puzzling.
