⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review CVS Pharmacy gave us a really positive experience overall. The staff were kind, patient, and genuinely helpful during our visit. One thing that stood out immediately is that many of the items in the store are locked behind security glass, which made it clear the community has been dealing with a lot of theft issues. Even the public restroom key had unfortunately been taken. Despite that, when I explained that I needed to use the restroom, the employees were compassionate and allowed me to use the employee restroom instead, which I truly appreciated. That small act of kindness meant a lot. The environment itself felt welcoming, and the customer service was sweet and respectful throughout our time there. While it was sad to see the challenges the surrounding community is facing, the employees handled everything with professionalism and care. Overall, a very kind and human experience — five stars for the staff and the compassion they showed us. ⭐💙

I want to share feedback regarding a recent experience at this CVS pharmacy that did not align with the company’s stated values of respect, care, and professionalism. While picking up a prescription, the cashier asked if I needed anything else. I politely asked whether the prescription I was receiving was the one that had been transferred from another CVS location. This was a simple request for clarification regarding my daughter’s medication. The cashier appeared visibly bothered by the question and responded with “I don’t know.” When I explained that I was asking because the prescription had been transferred and I wanted to confirm it was correct, she repeated “I don’t know” in a dismissive tone, told me to ask the pharmacist, and walked away abruptly. I understand pharmacy environments can be fast-paced and stressful, but customers should still be treated with courtesy, patience, and respect especially when asking reasonable questions related to prescriptions and healthcare. CVS Health publicly emphasizes compassion, respect, and putting patients first, which is why this interaction was disappointing and felt inconsistent with those values. My intention in leaving this review is to highlight a customer service experience that fell short of what CVS represents. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reinforces expectations around respectful communication so future customers feel supported and valued.

I would like to use the service CVS provides and reliable time set on Google that shows 10pm and I drove down here trusting that there time given but No something about this and I'm not mad I'm not anything but me always so CVS can have it with Google bc it has nothing to do with me ., only this one star

Even though they look like they're short staff they get the job done. The staff is very friendly and I never have to wait in line for to long. I like to see managers help out there teams and I see they have a cool relationship with there staff which is always nice to see. Plus if you look lost or need assistance someone always comes up and ask if you need help. There pharmacy is great if you need assistance they come out and help you find what you need if there not busy. At least they give you great recommendations and are very knowledgeable if they are busy. This store is very organized and clean. Keep up the great work and I will continue to shop and rave over this CVS location!
