0 for 2 trying to get my prescription filled here - first try couldn’t find the prescription my son’s pediatrician sent over. Second try they couldn’t figure out my insurance prescription benefit and when I offered an alternate number to check on my phone they said “you have to go inside, I need to help the next person” - already waited for 10 minutes and had two small kids in the car with me. Time to take my business somewhere that can actually help me.

The pharmacy is always understaffed, this is a corporate decision. The store is clean, they should clean outside the entrance, too. This is a big issue- no shopping carts! No baskets! Employees are pleasant.

This CVS store in Seal Beach is a super clean and easy to locate your items because of how organized the aisles are when you walk into the store. It is also convenient when you drive from Seal Beach Main St. and into their parking lot. I had a $5 off $20 spent discount coupon from my latest vaccine I received at CVS, which I proceeded to use, then found out I also had an extra $4 in my CVS Extra account, which I proceeded to use. It all adds up and made my day! Thank you, CVS Seal Beach!
