They made an error with my prescription and provided me with incorrect instructions. Based on what I was told at the pharmacy, I followed their directions and took two injections to complete the monthly dose. However, I was later told that I should have only taken one, and now I am being blamed for this situation. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the pharmacy has been dismissive and unprofessional. One of the staff members raised her voice at me, and during my attempt to explain what happened, she turned away from me mid-conversation to speak to someone else. I felt completely ignored and disrespected. To make matters worse, I have now missed one full week of my medication. The pharmacy is claiming that my doctor has not responded to their messages, yet when I contacted my doctor’s office, they confirmed there is no record of any communication from the pharmacy. My doctor has also already spoken to them by phone, but the pharmacy continues to say otherwise. At this point, I am very worried because I am not receiving my medication as prescribed, and there is no clear resolution or coordination between the pharmacy and my doctor. I have repeatedly reached out for help and have not received any response or proper assistance.

I’ve been here three times in the last few weeks. Every time I have come, I have see Andrew working the front register and he is always very impatient and borderline rude with guests. He gets overwhelmed when has even three customers in line and gets frustrated with you and then demands you to go to self checkout. This was the first time I came in. I explained I didn’t want to go to self checkout and he sighed in frustration to me. Today when I came he was impatient with an elderly man trying to use the self checkout. He just puts a damper on your mood.

8pm drive thru, pharmacy closes at 9pm. Guy shows up at the window and says “come inside there’s no line,” then closes the window on me. Whatever, I go inside, line of 6 people. Go back to the drive thru and different person says “the computer is down, but I’ll see what I can do.” They have not followed their own opening hours. They have shown a lack of integrity. If a computer was “down” they wouldn’t be able to do anything right? And on top of that the only reason I use the drive thru is because the store is disgusting, carpet stained, and dangerously unstable people come and go in this area. I do not recommend this CVS whatsoever, and only have to go here because there are no other local pharmacies.

Walked in, spoke no greeting, pressed the button to get soap, no one came. Wakjed a few steps to the front to grab the young kid's attention and he literally acted like he did not hear me! Some other people canecin after i had berm standing there 10 minutes waiting, he ignores me, goes and helps them, I hit the button again, he ignores me again, even the other worker could have acknowledged me, but he didn't! Some other people came in, & said yes, seems to be the darker skin people the young one refuses to help! If management knows about this, and has not addressed it, they are just as bad! They will all het there day! I will be officially sending a hand written letter to CVS corporate & let's nust see what they have to say about it! So lesson be taught-never judge anyone, by color, looks, whatever because you never know who is in your establishment! #SecretShopper.

What is this horrible phone service you guys provide? I want to talk to an actual person not a stupid machine who can't help me and says nothing but I can't understand. At least give an option to talk to a person or make this thing smarter. Why can't pharmacy answer the phone is it truly that hard?
