I've been shopping here for more than 6 years. I went in today because my RX that I bought last week wasn't completely filled. The pharmacist said a lackluster 'sorry' to me. This is the third time in a week that I had to go in for this one prescription. Once when I was told it was ready from my email but upon arrival they said they had the shipment but didn't unpack it yet, once more a couple days later and they gave me a different brand of the one I had been getting for 6 years here, same active ingredient but why the change after being on it for over 10 years in total at CVS, and today having being given a one month supply when I'm supposed to have 3. If that wasn't enough I decided to get deodorant since I'm here, but since random items get locked up here with no thought of convenience for the customer, I had to walk to the front to inform the checkout lady that I needed help in the deodorant isle and there wasn't a call button near this deodorant case, walk back for someone to unlock it, then the worker said he would hold it for me in the front, and I said I'm going to just get this, but he wouldn't let me hold it myself because of store policy. Let me tell you how backwards this policy is. In order to stop pilfering from random overpriced items like deodorant or Head and Shoulders shampoo, they just across the board treat everyone like a pilfering criminal. Is that fair to most people who are good people just to save yourself a few bucks on pilferers? This is the opposite of great customer service. I know this worker as I do most of the staff by face, but in 6 years, they make no attempt at getting to know their repeat customers by face and name which incidentally is the best way to stop pilferers, by killing them with kindness. So because of this, I make no attempt to smile at them or know their names as well because if this is the corporate mindset on devaluing customer service for minuscule profits from stolen items that they should have insurance for, then the customers have no alternative than to give back what is doled out, low morale/no smiles or kind conversation given. I have the extracare card and pay monthly for the subscription for rewards. How hard is it to give good customer service to the loyal customers that your company needs to keep being profitable? Stop treating us all like criminals please and thanks. It just makes no sense since the criminals wouldn't bother with this policy by getting a worker to open the cases. They will crack the glass open or steal the other things that are not in the cases, so the only people who are treated like criminals are the ones who are not criminals. But wait, there's more! When I followed the worker to the front registers, he gave my deodorant to the cashier, and when I was next, she came around the side and put my deodorant on the self-checkout to do it myself. This place does not care about its customers and lets you know it with every interaction.

Nite time evening staff doesn't even great you . Day time staff usually friendier . Day time less helpful. But over all good management. ( Unlike the mean female staff, and management, of East La Atlantic Blvd location near Cesar Chavez n Atlantic). Those lady mean and horrible will never go there again).

Friendly staff but sometimes they do not stock their shelves and in this day and time when you scan a product you know how much you have left and how much you need to order and if you should stock your shelves that's the whole purpose of having the scan bars.

I’ve been to this pharmacy several times, and unfortunately, the customer service continues to disappoint. Alma, the manager, has been consistently dismissive and impatient when I try to explain what I need. On one occasion, she wouldn’t even speak with my doctor on the phone to clarify the prescription. The staff behind the counter are also not particularly friendly or welcoming. Overall, it’s a frustrating experience every time. I recommend finding another pharmacy that takes the time to listen and provide proper care. CVS, train your people better, or staff your pharmacy so they are not so swamped that they forgot to be human.
