The pharmacist here is so rude, I came to pick up my meds at the drive through and he told me that my prescription was the wrong dosage and that my doctor was wrong for prescribing it. But he still gave it to me anyway instead of calling the doctor back and he blamed me for the dosage. Also the manager here is very rude and unhelpful. I got something printed which got scratched in their machine and she wouldn’t even refund me the full price of my print. She also told me that the printer was broken which was just not true because they were still accepting print orders online. Just go to the CVS on Bellflower instead!

They are the worst! I have Kaiser and was given them as a 24hr option on a Saturday. My father had CVS and he used the one on 2nd and they were ok. The one on Los coyotes has no drop off line. We waited in the pick up line that was about 10 people deep. We were all patient, and I was talking quietly to my husband about the gift cards on the end cap when the pharmacy tech yelled at everyone that he was working as quickly as possible and to be patient ( we were.) Got to the front of the line and he barked at us for my name and birthdate. I happily gave him the info and he asked me if someone called me and told me my prescription was ready. I explained I was from Kaiser and it was my first time. He asked me why I wasted his time and told me to go to consultations. I stood in another long line for the pharmacist to be rude to and lecture me about how they don’t take Kaiser and IF I did have a prescription there it would be market price unless I have a PPO. I told him I don’t know, I was just given the option to go there. He said he wouldn’t fill my prescription and looked behind me and yelled “next.” The next morning I got a call from CVS that my prescription was ready. I called Kaiser and they said they now have a contract with them and that they should have filled it without issue. I will not go back because they treated me so badly as a new client. But I wasn’t the only one, I saw them yell at an old woman who couldn’t hear well and get frustrated with her when she had questions about her prescriptions. They were rude and yelled at other clients for just existing in their space. There are other 24hr pharmacist. Choose them instead.

I would leave zero stars if I could. I’ve been here on four separate occasions to have ONE canvas printed. The first time it wasn’t ready despite being told it was. They said it would be ready the next day and I’d get a call, no call. I called myself and was told it was ready. I come in and find out it’s printed wrong. Told now it will be ready the next day again and would receive a call. Again get no call and go in to pickup after receiving ready email. 3rd time in the store they can’t find it anywhere for 30 minutes, finally find it and again it’s printed wrong! Once again told it would be ready by the end of that day. Gave them two extra days to have it right. Came in tonight and again they can’t find it. I’m told to come back in the morning after the cashier looks for about 2 seconds. I still do not have my canvas for my anniversary this week that I’ve been into the store FOUR TIME FOR NOW.

My recent visit to this CVS was extremely upsetting. Immediately upon entering, I was confronted by security after a female employee incorrectly identified me as someone who was supposedly banned the day before. This was a clear case of mistaken identity. The situation was handled in a very public and embarrassing way, which was both humiliating and unacceptable. Customers should not be approached in this manner without proper verification. I expect management to review this incident and ensure staff and security are properly trained to prevent this from happening to others.

Thank you Stephanie in the Pharmacy for making sure got all of my prescriptions and help on a timely manner. This CVS definitely has a staff that cares fast, accurate and friendly which is greatly appreciated.
