I entered CVS planning to be efficient, so I gathered all my items from the locked cabinets at once to avoid being a nuisance. I briefly spoke to a cashier named Josh to let him know I’d be right back, and he seemed fine at first. However, when I returned to ask a question about rubbing alcohol, Josh’s attitude completely changed. He was incredibly rude and dismissive, telling me I’d have to find "the guy over there" to help me. It was clear that his priority was the conversation he was having with a coworker; he treated my request like a bothersome interruption and went right back to chatting the second I turned away. I felt like I was bugging him so much that I didn't even want him to handle my transaction. I went out of my way to find a different employee to help me finish my shopping because I didn't want Josh to assist me anymore. Between the blatant rudeness and the feeling that I was a burden for simply asking a question, I’ve decided I will never shop at this CVS again.

The staff here is kinder / more helpful than any of the other CVS’ in the area (and I have been to a lot). The pharmacists are also incredibly helpful and take time to look into my requests in detail. It’s also a 24 hour location and constantly busy, yet they handle things efficiently so I’m never waiting long

I am writing to report serious and ongoing problems with the pharmacy staff at the CVS on Willow 233 E Willow St Long beach CA. The pharmacy team is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. They repeatedly claim they never received prescriptions from the doctor, even when the doctor confirms they were sent. They also say the doctor never calls back, which is untrue. especially those employees whose names are below they provided horrible service and Kamran flipped me off. 1- Kamran 2- Sam The staff frequently tell customers that their medication is not ready, even after waiting long periods of time or returning multiple times. Their behavior shows a clear pattern of dishonesty, lack of communication, and complete disregard for patient needs. This creates dangerous delays in receiving necessary medication. Overall, the pharmacy staff at this CVS location provide some of the worst service I have encountered. Their constant misinformation and lack of responsibility make it impossible to trust this pharmacy. This store has received many complaints, and unfortunately, nothing seems to be improving. I truly believe the corporate office is not addressing the ongoing issues at this location. Customer service here has become extremely poor. The staff show little care for customers, often treating people with disrespect and attitude. This CVS used to be much better, but over time it has gotten worse and now provides some of the lowest-quality customer service I have experienced. The management is ineffective, and the environment feels disorganized and unprofessional. This location at 233 E Willow Long Beach has been bad for too long, and it continues to decline. I hope these issues are finally taken seriously and addressed properly. Customer service here has become extremely poor. The staff show little care for customers, often treating people with disrespect and attitude. This CVS used to be much better, but over time it has gotten worse and now provides some of the lowest-quality customer service I have experienced. The management is ineffective, and the environment feels disorganized and unprofessional. And they never maintain the drive through service. They have a horrible service in the Drive-Thru.

Everything is locked up and the store is purposely understaffed, so best of luck. I just wanted to buy a $4 brow pencil and I couldn’t get anyone to help me. The pharmacy line is usually at least 5-6 customers deep and the pharmacy chronically messed up my medications (yes, my medication!) The only reason I come here is when I have an insanely good coupon and even for a pick up order you have to wait in the long line (there’s ALWAYS a long line).

Love coming to this CVS! Fatima is always so sweet and kind whenever I go. She always helps me with getting my items for when I coupon.
