I have been a CVS customer for years ever since they replaced Longs. I've gone to many of the ones here in Fresno and even some in Fresno and it's my go to when I'm out of town. In all these years, I have never had an employee treat me like crap!! Rude and rolled his eyes at me and took a big breath like I was bothering him. I even apologized for doing what I was doing. I walled out of there thinking I walked out without of one of my products and I asked them for it. Didn't have a bag. Well they acted like I was pulling teeth asking about it. And when I did find it in my car I came in and apologized. And told him he didn't have to be rude with me! Red headed guy at the front with red beard! Not cool CVS! Talk to your employee!!

Jasmine and Mary Annn needs to retire. They don't know what they're doing. Plus their attitudes are horrible. So, the store manager can thank them when I change Pharmacies with CVS. I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels that way

I like this CVS the staff is friendly. I only had one bad experience with one of the pharmacists there years ago. She was an older woman. She walked out and yelled at me and told me to leave. I had already been going there for a year, I had transfered there from another CVS I had to wait for days to get my scripts. She really embarrassed me and I felt racially discriminated. I continued to go on the hours she was off, I wasn’t going to let her run me out when I did nothing wrong. Summer is almost here. Mercury is raising. CVS please for all the customers sake fix the air conditioning. Install a new unit. I went in yesterday evening. I almost fainted when that swamp cooler you got going on triggered a cough attack with its hot air blowing. Its been out for more than a month. It's cruel to have your customers walking into those conditions and especially your employees working in those conditions. Please fix the AC asap!

This particular CVS has very rude employees in their pharmacy. They are inconsistent and give inaccurate information. Every script I have refilled, which is monthly and the same medications, there is always some issue that is “never” their fault even though it is. Some accountability and consistency would be nice as well as better customer service.
